| Objective: To observe the short-term and long-term curative effects of cervical acupuncture-based acupuncture treatment for cervical insomnia,and compare the curative effect with routine treatment of insomnia to determine the therapeutic advantage of cervical acupuncture-based acupuncture treatment for cervical insomnia.Provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of insomnia.Methods: Sixty-six eligible subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group using random number table method,33 cases in each group.The treatment group used acupuncture treatment,the main points: cervical Jiaji(Neck 2 ~4 Jiaji),Anmian,Shenmeng,Shenmai,Zhaohai,Shenting.Point selection accding to synbrome differention: flaming of hetatic fire: Xingjian;disturbance of heart by phlegmatic fire: Fenglong,Laogong;weakness of both heart and spleen: Xinshu,Pishu;disturbance of the regulation between water and fire: Xinshu,Shenshu;fearful and timid: Xinshu,Danshu.The control group was treated with Western medicine,oral dextrozalone,3mg,before bedtime.The treatment group took 10 days for 1course of treatment,a total of 2 courses;the control group took 10 days for 1 course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.After the first course of treatment,after the end of the second course of treatment,and one month after the end of the treatment,clinical efficacy evaluations were performed;Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Indices were performed before treatment,at the first course,at the end of the second course,and at the end of the treatment after one month.-dex,PSQI)questionnaires and Norwich Park neck pain scale(NPQ)scores,completed statistical analysis,and made efficacy evaluations.Results:(1)Evaluation of clinical curative effect: After 1 course of treatment,the treatment group was more effective than the control group(P<0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the treatment group was more effective than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment was stopped for one month,the treatment group was more effective than the control group(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of PSQI Sleeping Scale: Within the treatment group,the difference between the treatment group and the treatment group was statistically significant after one course of treatment(P<0.05);after the end of the 2 courses,the difference was lower than the course of treatment.There was statistical significance(P<0.05);there was no significant change in follow-up after 1 month compared with 2courses of treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Within the control group,the difference between the treatment group and the treatment group was statistically significant after one course of treatment(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant after two courses of treatment compared with the course of treatment(P<0.05).Follow-up after January was higher than after 2courses of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups: There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference was statistically significant after 2 courses of treatment.(P<0.05);Follow-up comparison after 1month,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of NPQ neck pain scores: Within the treatment group: The treatment group had a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)after 1 course of treatment compared with before treatment;the treatment group had 2 treatment courses after the 1 course of treatment The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant change in follow-up after 1 month compared with2 courses of treatment.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Within the control group,there was no significant change before treatment in the control group after 1 course of treatment(P>0.05);there was no significant change after 2 courses of treatment compared with 1 course of treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).>0.05);Follow-up after 1 month was higher than after 2 courses of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups: There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.After treatment for 2 cycles,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group;follow-up comparison after 1 month showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior in stability.In the control group.Conclusions:(1)Clinical efficacy analysis and treatment: From the first course of treatment to one month after the stop treatment,the effective rate of acupuncture treatment is always higher than that of oral dextrozalone.(2)Results analysis of PSQI sleep scale: Both treatment methods are effective in treating insomnia,but the treatment group is superior to the control group.One month follow-up after treatment,compared with the control,the curative effect of treatment was more stable,and the long-term curative effect was better than that of the control group.(3)Analysis of NPQ results: In the various evaluation stages of treatment,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group on the neck pain was always better than that of the control group,and in the long-term treatment,the acupuncture treatment had good stability on the efficacy of neck pain. |
