The Clinical Study Of Shugan Jianpi Formula In The Treatment Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Liver Damage After Tumor Chemotherapy

Objective: Clinical symptoms,Quality of life and Drug safety in the treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency liver damage after tumor chemotherapy by Shugan Jianpi Recipe are observed in this study.Clinical effect of Shugan Jianpi Recipe on liver depression after chemotherapy of liver depression and spleen deficiency is evaluated in this thesis.This thesis provides a clinical objective scientific basis for the treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome after tumor chemotherapy by traditional Chinese medicine.Method: 60 cases in this study were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in the proportion of 1:1(30 cases in the treatment group and other 30 cases in the control group).The treatment group was given decoction of Shugan Jianpi Recipe three times after meals per day.Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules were also supplied two capsules three times per day.The control group was only given Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules two capsules three times per day.The duration of the treatment was 20 days.Liver function,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome and quality of life were compared between two groups before and after treatment through statistical analysis.Results:1.The liver function of both groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).2.The syndrome score of liver depression and spleen deficiency was reduced in both groups(P<0.05).However the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of Syndrome of traditional Chinese Medicine was83.05% in treatment group.The control group was 66.67%.The treatment group was markedly better than control group(P<0.05).4.The KPS of treatment group was better than control group after treatment(P<0.05).5.The QOL was significantly increased in both group(P < 0.05).However the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).6.Drug safety: Safety index of drug was tested in both group before and after the treatment.There was no significant difference before and after the treatment(P>0.05).There was no Side effect reported in both groups during the treatment.The treatment with Shugan Jianpi Formula combined with Essentiale has no apparent side effect.The Drug safety has been proved.Conclusion: The prescription of Shugan Jianpi Recipe has obvious effect on the treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency after tumor chemotherapy.The side effects of liver damage in cancer patients with chemotherapy can be released.Clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese Medicine and the quality of life of patients can be improved.The treatment is safe and effective,and has no obvious side effects.The Shugan Jianpi Recipe deserves to be studied in depth.
