| Objective:Through the clinical curative effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction in the treatment of immune function decreased after chemotherapy and bone marrow suppression,explore the effect of Chinese medicine on the immune system and hematopoietic system,decreased in patients with tumor after chemotherapy toxicity,relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients,improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:40 cases of colorectal cancer in the active period of hospitalization in Nanjing traditional Chinese medicine hospital from 2016 to 2017 were selected,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received FOLFOX chemotherapy,treatment group based on the scheme combined with Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction intervention,respectively before and after treatment in patients with bone marrow suppression grading(including white blood cells,hemoglobin and platelets)and immune function index(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+)were detected and compared,and according to the score card s standard for evaluation and standard for evaluation of the severity of symptoms in patients with clinical symptoms and physical condition.Resuts:According to the grading of bone marrow suppression,there were only 1 cases of grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ myelosuppression in the treatment group,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(p<0.01).In the immunological function,the level of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the control group was significantly lower than before the treatment(p<0.01),and the level of CD8+ increased significantly(p<0.01).In the treatment group,the level of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ was significantly higher than before treatment(p<0.01)and CD8+obviously decreased(p<0.01).It was found that the CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ after treatment in the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.01),and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,and the CD8+ in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(p<0.01).In the KRS score,the score of the treatment group was 77.10±2.79 before treatment,and 78.85±2.35 after treatment.After treatment,the score of the treatment group was improved(p<0.05),the score of the control group was 74.95±5.65 before treatment,the score was 69.35±2.43 after treatment,After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.01)..From the point of view of clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine,the results showed that two groups of patients had no obvious difference in mental anxiety or anxiety.In loss of appetite,fatigue,shortness of breath,dizziness,palpitation score and total score,the improvement of the treatment group had obvious advantages compared with the control group(p<0.01).Conclusion:Modified Danggui blood enriching decoction can significantly improve the immune function of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer,reduce the toxic and side effects after chemotherapy,relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of chemotherapy patients. |
