Objective:The aim of this study was to see whether peripheral immunological indices and Chinese medicine symptom efficacy in patients with advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),who received programmed death-1(PD-1)inhibitors in combination with Bazhen Tang flavored MP chemotherapy,on their post-therapy peripheral immunological scores, and to investigate whether the combination immunotherapy affects neutrophil and lymphocyte(NLR)and eosinophil(Eos)ratios in patients with non-squamous NSCLC.Methods:From October 2021 to November 2022,48 patients with advanced non-squamous NSCLC were collected from the Oncology Department of the Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Anhui Province and divided into 24 patients in the experimental group and 24 patients in the control group according to the randomised control principle. In the control group, the PD-1 inhibitor+MP(pemetrexed+cisplatin)was administered, and in the experimental group, the preparation Jiawei Bazhen Tang was used in addition to this therapy. The immunological f ollow-up indices of both groups before and after cycle 1 of treatment were recorded,in particular:CD3+T,CD4+T,CD8+T,CD4+T/CD8+T ratio,NLR ratio,Eos value,TCM symptoms, efficacy and safety analysis. Finally, the data were collected and compiled, and the SPSS statistical method was used to compare and analyse the data before and after treatment for both groups, which was considered statistically significant at P<0.05.Results:(1)When comparing T lymphocytes between the two groups after treatment:CD4+T count and CD4+T/CD8+T ratio were all higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);CD8+T count decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the study group and the control group(P>0.05);CD3+T count increased after treatment compared to that before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the decrease between the test group and the control group(P>0.05);(2)When comparing the NLR values of the patients in the two groups, there was no significant difference between the NLR values of the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the NLR values of the two groups after treatment(P>0.05);(3)there was no significant difference between the number of Eos of the patients in the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the number of Eos of the two groups after treatment(P>0.05);(4)When comparing the effectiveness of TCM symptoms, the study group had a significant advantage over the control group in improving the effectiveness of TCM symptoms in patients with Qi and blood deficiency(P<0.05);(5)when comparing the safety of the two groups, the treatment group had significantly fewer symptoms of bone marrow suppression and liver and kidney damage than the control patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:For PD-1 inhibitor combined with MP regimen in patients with NSC LC,The flavored eight soup can further improve its CD4 + T count and CD4 +T / CD8 + T ratio,Assist the PD-1 inhibitors combined with the MP regimen to exert their efficacy,Better efficacy than the PD-1 inhibitors combined with the MP regimen,And can effectively improve the deficiency of qi and blood,Reduced adverse effects such as myelosuppression and impaired renal and liver function seen during treatment,Improve the quality of life of patients; The NLR ratio and Eos count,as the exploratory items of this study,There was no significant statistical significance in this study.
