| Objective:To observe the effect of Zuogui decoction on the clinical curative effect of PKP after vertebral body compression fractures of osteoporosis with liver-kidney yin deficiency type.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,and rejection criteria of liver-kidney yin deficiency type OVCFs,screening and collection of 90 cases of liver-kidney yin deficiency OVCFs in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were performed.body.Randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(Zuo Gui Wan Decoction with calcium),dense cover Salmon Calcitonin Nasal treatment group(Salmon Calcitonin Nasal with calcium)and basic treatment group(simple calcium:Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3 Table).The VAS score,ODI index,and the recurrence of vertebral fractures were observed on the first postoperative day,1 month after treatment,and 3 months after treatment in the three groups.The BMD before and after treatment was observed in the three groups of patients.Defecation is from the time of surgery day,responsible for the loss of the front edge,the percentage of height loss in the middle and the overall efficacy.SPSS20.0 software was used to perform statistical analysis on the data.Analyze and compare the differences in clinical efficacy of PKF after PKP in the three groups.Results:1.There was no significant difference in VAS score,ODI index and BMD between the three groups after treatment for one month(P>0.05).The VAS score and the ODI index in the three groups were compared.The Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly lower than the basic treatment group and Salmon Calcitonin Nasal treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the BMD in the three groups,there was no significant difference between the Chinese medicine treatment group and the other two groups(P>0.05).2.Differences in VAS score and ODI index between the three groups after treatment for 3 months were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the percentage of height loss and BMD between the frontal rim of the responsible vertebrae between the three groups.Significance(P>0.05).The VAS score and ODI index in the three groups were compared,and the Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly lower than the basic treatment group and Salmon Calcitonin Nasal group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the three groups of internal responsibility vertebral margin and the percentage of height loss in the middle of the two groups compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group(P>0.05).There was a difference between the Chinese medicine treatment group and the basic treatment group.Statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Differences in VAS score,ODI index,percentage of responsible vertebral frontal and central height loss,and BMD were statistically significant between the 3 months after treatment and before treatment(postoperative day 1)(P<0.05).4.A11 three groups of patients were effective after treatment(83.3%in the Chinese medicine group,80%in the Salmon Calcitonin Nasal group,and 70%in the basic treatment group).The overall effect of the Chinese medicine treatment group and the first postoperative defecation time were better than the other two groups.All had statistical significance(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,there was no vertebral body fracture in the Chinese medicine group.Conclusions:Zuogui Decoction can improve the bone mineral density in patients with liver-kidney yin deficiency type OVCFs,promote fracture healing,delay height loss after vertebral surgery,improve pain,reduce vertebral fractures,and reduce the incidence of vertebral fractures.Intestinal function and other clinical symptoms have improved the short-term effect is obvious,it is worth to promote the use of clinical. |
