Objective:Through Percutaneous Kyphoplasty combined with Jiegu Xujin Decoction was taken orally to treat osteoporotic single vertebral compression fractures,to evaluate the clinical effect of Jiegu Xujin Decoction in improving the pain, lumbar and back function of patients after PKP and promoting rapid fracture healing Curative effect. Methods:A total of 60 patients with osteoporotic single vertebral compression fracture and PKP were selected according to the criteria from January 2020 to October 2020 in the First Department of Orthopedics,Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with30 patients in each group. The observation group was given Jianguxujin Tang Granules(Guangzhou Yifang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,Batch No.: 20120042)orally after surgery, one dose a day, boiled water once, half of each dose was taken after morning and evening meals, for consecutive 4 weeks.Pharmaceutical composition: 10 g peach kernel,10 g red flower,10 g angelica,12 g chuanxiong,15 g red peony root,20 g salt ulmoides,20 g gushubu,12 g soil bionyx,30 g calcined natural copper,15 g dipterus dipterus,10 g Zelan,30 g Radix Radix Chuan. The control group was given celecoxib capsule(Pfizer,0.2g/ tablet, batch number: J20030098)after surgery, one tablet each morning and evening after meals for 4 weeks.VAS score,ODI score, serum PINP level and overall efficacy of the two groups before,3 days,4 weeks and 3 months after surgery were observed, and the efficacy was analyzed by statistical analysis.Result:1.Comparison of VAS scores: Compared with before treatment, the VAS scores of both groups at 3 days,4 weeks and 3 months after surgery decreased, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in VAS scores between the two groups 3 days after surgery(P>0.05),but there was significant statistical significance between the observation group and the control group 4 weeks and 3 months after surgery(P<0.05).2.Comparison of ODI scores: Compared with before treatment, the ODI scores of the two groups at 3 days,4 weeks and 3 months after surgery decreased, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in ODI scores between the two groups 3 days after surgery(P>0.05),but there was significant statistical significance in ODI scores 4 weeks and 3 months after surgery(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group.3.Serum PINP level: The level of PINP in both groups at 4 weeks and 3 months after surgery decreased compared with that before surgery, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The blood PINP level of observation group was lower than control group, and the curative effect was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of overall efficacy: the cure rate and overall effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiegu Xujin Decoction has a definite effect on pain relief, improved lumbar and back function, and rapid fracture healing in patients after PKP.This method of treatment has high safety and few adverse reactions, which can be used as a reference for clinical treatment.
