The Clinical Study Of Electric Acupuncture Combines With Biofeedbacktreatment Maladjusted Bowel Control Function After Anal Fistula Surgery

Background:High anal fistula surgery will inevitably cause anal sphincter injury to some extent,which lead to maladjusted bowel control function and affects the living quality of patients in different degrees.Now therapy methods such as pelvic floor biofeedback training and sacral nerve stimulation are recommended at abroad.The biofeedback training is of definite effect but the treatment course is long and the compliance is poor.Sacral nerve stimulation costs too much with many complications.They are not widely popularized clinically.With simple operation,low cost and low infection rate,traditional Chinese galvano-acupuncture therapy has the same effects with sacral nerve stimulation.Therefore,the research tries to replace sacral nerve stimulation with galvano-acupuncture therapy.And biofeedback therapy is integrated to treat maladjusted bowel control function after anal fistula surgery.The feasibility,effectiveness and advantage of the dual therapy are discussed to provide basis for further clinical popularization and provide a standard and new perspective for rehabilitation therapy after anal fistula surgery.Objection:1.The study was performed to observe the effect of the electric acupuncture combines with biofeedback therapy on anorectal dynamics in patients with maladjusted bowel control function after anal fistula surgery.2.The study was performed to explore the clinical curative effect and the advantage of the electric acupuncture combines with biofeedback therapy in the treatment of maladjusted bowel control function after anal fistula surgery.Methods:Select 40 patientshad been admitted in this clinical department from Feb 01,2017 to October 30,2017,and conformed to the standard.Patients had been randomly divided into treatment group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases).The treatment group was exposed to the electric acupuncture treatment combined with biofeedback therapy,the control group was treated by biofeedback therap.Both were treated for 20 days,10 days for a course of treatment.After 2 courses of treatment and 3 months,Observing two groups of anorectal dynamics,anal function(Leakage of gas,leakage of liquid,leakage of solid stool),and the results were detailed analyzed.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 65%,The treament group is better than the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In the detection of anorectal dynamics after 2 courses of treatment,wexner score chart,anal resting pressure,anal maximal systolic blood pressure,mean systolic pressure,rectal maximal capacity and rectoanal inhibitory reflex between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treament group was significant better than the control group,But in the measurement of the length of the anal function,initial sensory capacity,initial defecation capacity,rectoanal contract reflex,the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.In the detection of anorectal dynamics after 3 months,the treatment group was not statistically significant(P>0.05),The control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:l.The electric acupuncture combines with biofeedback therapy can obviously improve the function of anal sphincter in patients with maladjusted bowel control function after anal fistula surgery,improve the longterm efficacy,improved the clinical symptoms(Leakage of gas,leakage of liquid,leakage of solid stool),thus improve the patients quality of life.2.The electric acupuncture combines with biofeedback is a good efficacy treatments,And it is worth to be promoted and applied in clinic.
