Clinical Study Of Huangqi Jiawei Decoction Combined With Methimazole In Treating Graves Disease Associated Antibodies With Deficiency Of Qi And Yin

Objective Graves disease(GD)is an autoimmune disease.It is one of the most common diseases that cause hyperthyroidism,accounting for all 80%-85% causing hyperthyroidism.In recent years,with the continuous change of life style,people’s life pressure has been increasing,making the prevalence of GD significantly increased.The thyroid autoantibodies(TGAb,TPOAb,TRAb)in most patients with newly diagnosed Graves’ disease will increase to varying degrees.Thyroid autoantibodies are closely related to autoimmune thyroid diseases,and TRAb positive is one of the diagnostic criteria for Graves disease.TPOAb has thyroid toxicity At present,all kinds of treatment methods for GD in modern medicine have the disadvantages of high recurrence rate,and many side effects.With the in-depth study of Chinese medicine for the treatment of GD,the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)to prevent and control GD have been gradually obvious.The purpose of this article was to observe the effects of prescription Huangqi Jiawei decoction combined with methimazole on the improvement of GD symptoms and the effects of thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb),thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)and thyrotropin receptor antibody(TRAb).Western medicine combined with this disease provides new ideas.The purpose of this paper is to observe the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huatan Decoction Combined with methimazole on GD symptoms and thyroglobulin antibody TGAb,thyroid peroxidase antibody TPOAb,thyrotropin receptor antibody TRAb,to provide new ideas for the treatment of this disease with combination of TCM and Western medicine.Methods 60 cases of Graves disease diagnosed and diagnosed in Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital Department of Endocrinology from January 2016 to September 2017 were selected.According to the syndrome differentiation and classification of TCM syndrome,the syndrome of Qi and yin deficiency and phlegm coagulating type are all syndrome differentiation.All patients were treated with conventional antithyroid drugs,diet control and health education.60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by random number table.The control group was treated with hyperthyroidism.Be methimazole(thyrozol)10mg po bid,Leucogen Tablets 20 mg po tid,propranolol 10 mg po tid.The drug dose is adjusted at any time according to the thyroid function,granulocyte result and heart rate.The experimental group added: tutor experience on the basis of the control group(Astragalus,Ophiopogon,Ligustrum lucidum,Lycium barbarum,dried lotus,bupleurum,Paeonia lactiflora,Poria,Fritillaria thunbergii,cat’s claw grass,hive,etc.),unified concentrated decoction to 200 ml,two times a day.The two groups were continuous Medication for 12 weeks.Before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of The symptoms and signs,thyroglobulin antibody,thyroid peroxidase antibody and thyrotropin receptor antibody Results(1)The levels of TRAb,TPOAb,and TGAb before and after treatment in the two groups were compared: Antibody levels were determined by independent sample t-test before treatment(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups.All were comparable;both groups had lower antibody levels after treatment.There was a significant decrease(P <0.05),and there was a difference between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.05).(2)Comparison of thyroid function levels before and after treatment in the two groups: FT3,FT4,and TSH in the two groups were determined by independent sample t-test before treatment(P > 0.05).The difference between the two groups was not obvious and comparable;two after treatment The thyroid function in the group was significantly lower than before(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after treatment(P > 0.05).(3)Two groups of patients before and after treatment TCM syndrome integral comparison: before treatment,the two groups of patients with TCM syndrome score by t test,P >0.05,two groups of difference is not obvious,comparable.After treatment,the scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment.(4)Comparison of TCM syndromes before and after treatment in two groups: the experimental group,the total effective rate was 86.67%,control group total effective rate was 76.67%,the P <0.05 test,the difference was statistically significant,supplementing qi and nourishing yin and phlegm combined with methimazole treatment of Graves disease in improving TCM syndrome than single use of antithyroid drugs have higher efficiency.(5)Safety observation: in the 8 weeks after treatment,two groups of patients had no obvious abnormalities in urine analysis,stool analysis,blood analysis,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram before and after treatment,indicating that the safety of this experiment is good.Conclusions Huangqi Jiawei decoction Combined with methimazole treatment of Graves’ disease of qi and yin deficiency type.The combined use of traditional Chinese and western medicine compared with the use of western medicine methimazole alone reduced the titers of TRAb,TPOAb and TGAb,and improved the TCM syndromes.Certain advantages provide new ideas for the treatment of Graves disease in clinical practice.
