| Objective This study was to observe the curative effects of refractory reflux esophagitis,compare the treatment of Hejiang method in traditional Chinese Medicine with the better maintenance treatment of Proton Pump Inhibitors,and explore the mechanism of the action of Hejiang method theoretically to provide scientific basis and effective treatment plan for TCM treatment.Method 80 cases of patients who had been diagnosed with refractory reflux esophagitis were selected,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,which equally including 40 cases.Basic information of the two groups,such as gender,age,the course of the disease,symptomatic distribution and endoscopic grading distribution had no significant difference,which implies that the basic information was comparability(P>0.05).The patients of the observation group were treated with the represent prescription by the tutor self-fitting recipies on the basis of Hejiang method for 8 weeks.The patients of the control group were treated with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets(Astrazeneca pharmaceutical co.LTD.,Approval number: H20046379)for 8 weeks.Before and after the study,we observed the basic situation of the two groups of patients and their reactions to the drug were observed,and estimated the main symptoms integral,symptomatic integral,syndrome effect and endoscopic curative effect with statistical analysis.Results1.No adverse reactions and adverse events occurred in both groups before and after the study.The basic vital signs are within the normal range;Blood analysis,urine analysis,fecal examination,liver and kidney function,electrolyte analysis,electrocardiogram examination showed no obvious abnormality.2.Compared the main symptom score of the two groups before the treatment to the score after the treatment,both groups’ score after the treatment were lower than that before the treatment,and after the t test,P<0.05,which implied that both groups could improve the four main symptoms.Compared the clinical symptom score of the two groups of patients,after t test,P<0.05,statistically significant,and the observation group improved the efficacy of the four main symptoms better than the control group.3.Compared the syndrome score of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the syndrome score after treatment was lower than that before the treatment,and after t test,P<0.05,statistically significant,which implied that both groups could improve TCM syndromes.Compared with the control group,the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the observation group improved the efficacy of TCM syndromes better than the control group after the treatment.4.Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment,after the rank sum test,P<0.05,statistically significance,which implied that both groups could improve TCM syndromes;Compared the total efficiency of the two groups,the observation group showed a 95% higher score than the control group.5.Comparing the curative effect of endoscopy in the two groups before and after treatment,after the rank sum test,P<0.05,statistically significant,which implied that both groups could improve the damage of the esophageal mucosa.Compared the curative rate and total efficiency of the two groups,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the observation group improved the esophageal mucosal injury better than the control group.Conclutions The basic pathogenesis of refractory reflux esophagitis(esophageal miasmus)is that the stomach disagree declare war falls.Hejiang method is the fundamental treatment of refractory reflux esophagitis in traditional Chinese Medicine.The representative formula of the decoction were the Banxia-Xiexin decoction,the Sini powder,the Zuojin pill,the Xuanfu-Daizhe decoction and so on.In the treatment of refractory reflux esophagitis,the use of representative formula has obvious curative effect and high economic benefit,which is worth popularizing in clinic. |
