Observation Of Clinical Effect On The Treatment Of Low Back Pain After The Operation Of Lumbar Disc Herniation With Congrong Niuxi Decoction

Objective:To study the curative effect of Congrong Niuxi decoction in treating postoperative low back pain(Low back pain after endoscopic transforaminal discectomy)of lumbar disc herniation patients.In order to find out that the curative effect of Congrong Niuxi decoction in treating low back pain after lumbar disc herniation is reliable.Methods:A total of 46 patients were studied in this clinical study.According to the principle of random grouping,all cases were divided into two groups of treatment group and control group.The treatment group of 23 cases,treated with Congrong Niuxi decoction and the control group of 23 cases,treated with Celebrex capsules.The VAS score and ODI index were recorded for four observation time nodes in the first revisit after operation,two weeks after treatment,four weeks after treatment,and after the end of the course of treatment.All the collected data were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 software.Results:1.There was no significant difference in gender,age composition,operative segment,first visit time after operation,VAS score and ODI index before and after treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).Therefore,the basic information between the two groups was balanced before the intervention of' clinical treatment,and the two groups were comparable.2.The Chinese medicine treatment group was compared with the western medicine control group:The difference between the VAS scores of the treatment group and the western medicine control group at each time point was statistically significant compared with that of the first visit(before intervention)to the same group(P<0.05);The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant compared with the VAS scores of the same time nodes(P>0.05).3.The Chinese medicine treatment group was compared with the western medicine control group:There was a significant difference in the ODI index between the treatment group and the control group at all time points,compared with the first visit(before intervention)to the same group(P<0.05);The difference in the ODI index between the two groups at two weeks and four weeks after treatment has significant statistical significance(P<0.05);The ODI index of the two months after the end of the course of treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).ConcIusions:1.Congrong Niuxi decoction can relieve the low back pain of the patients who have been operated on the Iumbar spine(Endoscopic transforaminal discectomy)and improve the function of lumbar dysfunction.2.Through this study,we found that early use of Congrong Niuxi decoction in improving lumbar dysfunction appears to be superior to oral Celebrex capsule group.3.The curative effect of Congrong Niuxi decoction in the treatment of low back pain after endoscopic transforaminal discectomy is reliable,and it is worthy of modern clinical application.
