ObjectiveResearching the therapeutic effect of auricular acupressure on the functional dyspepsia of post-prandial dyspepsia.Through the improvement of the patient’s symptom index(NDSI),quality of life index(NDLQI),changes in plasma Ghrelin levels, relapse rate, blood analysis, liver function, renal function, electrocardiogram, etc.,assessment of auricular acupressure treatment of liver and stomach disharmony Types of functional dyspepsia postprandial malaise syndrome clinical efficacy, recurrence.MethodsAll patients who met the inclusion criteria, after signing the informed consent form, were randomized into auricular acupoint stress group and western medicine mosapride group(30 cases each)using random number table method. The auricular acupressure group was given pressure to the designated auricular points 3 times a week for at least 1 day.The western medicine group was given an oral tablet of mosapride disodium citrate, one tablet at a time three times a day.Follow-up 4 weeks after 4 weeks of continuous treatment.Nepean Dyspepsia Index, bloodbiochemical tests, and plasma Ghrelin markers were measured in all patients before, after, and after follow-up.Clinical efficacy before and after treatment was observed.Symptoms, quality of life improvement, and blood analysis were observed during the entire experimental period.,Liver and kidney function, changes in plasma Ghrelin content, evaluation of auricular acupoint pressure treatment of liver and stomach disharmony functional dyspepsia postprandial distress syndrome clinical efficacy,recurrence.Results:1.According to statistical analysis, before treatment, the general conditions(weight, age, gender, duration, etc.),Nepean Dyspepsia Index, blood biochemistry, plasma Ghrelin and other indicators were not statistically different between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared: the total effective rate of the ear acupoint pressing group was 96%,and the total effective rate was 83.3% compared to the mosapride group. There was a significant difference(P<0.05).The overall effect of the acupoint post pressure group was better than that of western medicine mosapride group.3.After treatment, the NDI scores of the two groups were compared: The NDSI/NDLQI of the two groups was significantly lower/higher than that of the same group before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment of auricular acupuncture group, the NDSI/NDLQI was decreased/increased compared with the western medicine group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with post-treatment,at the end of follow-up,the acupuncture group had significantly lower NDSI than after treatment(P<0.05);NDLQI was significantly higher than after treatment(P<0.05);however,the NDSI and NDLQI in themosapride group were higher than those after treatment. No significant difference(P>0.05).Tips Auricular acupressure therapy is more effective than western medicine mosapride in reducing dyspeptic symptoms in patients.4.Plasma ghrelin comparison: plasma Ghrelin content in both groups increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.01);Ghrelin content in the auricular acupoint treatment group was higher than that in western medicine group(P<0.01).Compared with the post-treatment,at the end of follow-up,the plasma Ghrelin level in both groups was still higher than before the same group(P<0.01),and the Ghrelin level in the auricular acupoint group had no statistical significance after treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in plasma Ghrelin between the mosapride group and the treatment group(P>0.05).Tips Auricular acupressure for functional dyspepsia Postprandial discomfort syndrome is achieved by increasing plasma Ghrelin levels.5.After treatment, the recurrence of the two groups was compared: the recurrence rate in the auricular group was 10.34%;the relapse rate in the western medicine group was 28.00%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Tips Auricular acupoint pressure treatment of liver and stomach disharmony PDS patients with low recurrence rate, excellent oral mosapride treatment. Conclusion:This study shows that auricular acupoint pressure treatment of liver and stomach disharmony functional dyspepsia postprandial discomfort syndrome has a significant effect on clinical efficacy, symptoms and quality of life are better than mosapride, and the recurrence rate is low,its mechanism It may be achieved by increasing plasma ghrelin levels.
