Clinical Observation On Early Threatened Abortion Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Treated By Bushen Huoxue Antai Prescription Combined With Western Medicine

Summary:Early threatened abortion is one of the most common reproductive diseases in gynecology.Clinically,a small amount of irregular bleeding occurs in the vagina within 12 weeks of pregnancy,and no pregnancy is excluded,or accompanied by abdominal bulge or waist.Symptoms such as abdominal pain are the main symptoms.If the symptoms worsen,it may develop into abortion.If the early symptoms of threatened abortion can be accurately judged and treated based on symptoms and auxiliary examinations,most patients have good pregnancy outcomes.Objective:By observing the effect of Bushen Huoxue Antaifang combinedwithprogesteronecapsulesandhumanchorionic gonadotropin（HCG）injection on the improvement of clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome scores,and serum human chorionic fascia in patients with early threatened abortion of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type The effects of relevant clinical indicators such as gonadal hormone（β-HCG）,serum progesterone（P）,estrogen（E₂）,and uterine artery blood flow resistance index were objectively analyzed and evaluated.To investigate the mechanism of action of this prescription combined with Western medicine in early treatment of threatened abortion of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type and related factors affecting therapeutic efficacy,in order to provide a safe and effective method for clinical treatment of the disease.Method:In this study,100 cases of early-stage threatened abortion patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis who were treated in a gynecological outpatient department of Wuhan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group.50 patients in the experimental group and 50 in the control group.The control group was given oral progesterone capsules and intramuscular injection of HCG injection from the date of treatment.The experimental group was given orally by Bushen Huoxue Antai Decoction on the basis of the control group from the date of treatment.The clinical symptoms and various items of the two groups were observed and recorded.Laboratory indicators were statistically analyzed before and after treatment to discuss the overall efficacy of the two groups of patients.Result:（1）Baseline comparison results before treatment:There were no differences in the pretreatment age,number of days of pregnancy,symptom score,severity of illness,serumβ-HCG,P,E₂,uterine arterial flow resistance index,etc.between the experimental group and the control.Statistically significant（P>0.05）,comparable.（2）After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both the experimental group and the control group decreased,and they were significantly different from those before the treatment（P<0.05）.The difference of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment and before treatment was very significant（P<0.05）,which was statistically significant.（3）There were significant differences in serumβ-HCG,E₂,uterine arterial resistance index before and after treatment between the experimental group and the control group,all with statistical significance（P<0.05）.（4）There was significant difference in serum P between the experimental group and control group before treatment（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in serum P between the two groups after treatment（P>0.05）.（5）The experimental group cured 13 cases（26%）,markedly effective in 28 cases（56%）,effective in 7 cases（14%）,invalid in 2cases（4%）,the total effective rate was 96%;the control group was cured in 6 cases（12%）,Effectiveness was 20（40%）,effective 17（36%）,invalid 7（14%）,and the total effective rate was 86%.There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion:The combination of Bushen Huoxue Antai Prescription,progesterone and HCG injection in the treatment of early threatened abortion patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis was better than Western medicine in relieve symptoms,reducing syndrome scores,etc.compared with Western medicine alone.Significantly improve the hormone levels of patients with threatened abortion,improve blood stasis,and no obvious toxic and side effects,the exact effect,the advantages are obvious,for the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type threatened abortion provides a certain clinical basis,worth further study.
