Objective:To explore the diagnostic methods suitable for large scale general survey of atrophic gastritis, and to analyze the value of this method. Methods:from April 2016 to June 2017,200 cases gastroscopy examiner were divided into three groups:control group(n=62),chronic non-atrophic gastritis group(n=67)and chronic atrophic gastritis group(n=71).Serum PG I,PG II and G17 were quantitatively determined by ELISA,and the in vitro diagnostic kit was provided by Finland Biohan Group.Helicobacter pylori infection was detected by 13C urea breath test, and the significance of each index was compared with that of the normal control group. The diagnostic possibility of significant index was determined by ROC curve, and the specific diagnosis of atrophic gastritis was finally determined indicators. Results:Compared with the control group, chronic non-atrophic gastritis group and chronic atrophic gastritis group had significant lower content of PG ? and PGR(P<0.05)and higher content of G17.The ROC analysis showed that PGR had the highest value for atrophic gastritis diagnosis, the sensitivity was 72.90%,and specificity was 60.60%.In the detection of Helicobacter pylori positive, the sensitivity of PGR for of atrophic gastritis diagnosis was 85.70%and specificity was 65.90%.Conclusion:The decrease of serum PGR and the detection of Helicobacter pylori can be considered as the best index for the diagnosis of atrophic gastritis, that the best critical value is 4.75,PGR combined with Helicobacter pylori is more accurate and reliable in the diagnosis of atrophic gastritis.
