The Clinical Efficacy Of Fuling Yuan Zhi Decoction In The Treatment Of Frequent Ventricular Premature Beat

Objective : Observation of Fuling Polygala Decoction in the treatment of Qi Yin deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis in clinical efficacy and safety of patients with premature ventricular contractions,explore the Fuling Polygala Decoction on both qi and yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis in patients with frequent ventricular heart rate variability,to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of arrhythmia.Method:A total of50 patients with frequent ventricular premature beats with Qi and yin deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis type were included.They were divided into treatment group and control group.The two groups were given conventional treatment,and all kinds of antiarrhythmic drugs were discontinued before entering the group.The control group of 25 cases,treated with metoprolol tablets 12.5mg,2 times daily oral treatment;26 cases in the treatment group were given Fuling Decoction of Polygala 1 bag each time,2 times a day,oral treatment.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The changes of clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome scores and 24 hour dynamic electrocardiogram were evaluated before and after treatment.Collecting related data,using SPSS20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,according to data type and observation index,different data types,take corresponding statistical methods for data processing.Results:1.after treatment,the two groups were compared with the indexes of sex,age,etiological factors and so on.There was no statistical significance 2.after treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes in the two groups decreased,and the degree of reduction in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference.3.,after treatment,the number of ventricular premature beat of 24 hours ambulatory electrocardiogram in two groups was significantly reduced compared with those before treatment,with statistical significance.There was no significant difference between the two groups.4.after treatment,the treatment group and the control group comparison of HRV results showed: two groups of patients all sinus RR interval standard deviation(SDNN),the average value of the whole standard of 5 consecutive min sinus RR interval difference(SDANN),the entire difference between adjacent sinus RR interval RMS(RMSSD),the number of beats Dou Xingxiangneighbor RR interval difference was greater than 50 ms percentage(PNN50)were higher than before;comparison between groups,the indicators of overall treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group,with statistical significance.5.in the treatment and treatment,none of the Poria Polygala decoction had adverse reactions and side effects.Conclusion: 1.Fuling Long Zhi decoction can obviously improve the main symptoms of palpitation,shortness of breath and chest tightness in patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin and mutual obstruction of phlegm and stasis.2.,Fuling Polygala decoction can significantly reduce the total number of ventricular premature beats in patients with frequent ventricular premature beats,and improve the objective index of frequent ventricular premature beats.3.Poria Polygala decoction may improve the HRV of the early patients with frequent occurrence,thus improving the prognosis.4.Fu Ling Yuan Zhi decoction has no obvious effect on the slowest heart rate in the dynamic electrocardiogram of patients with frequent ventricular premature beat,and has good safety.
