Study On TCM Syndrome And Heart Rate Variability In Patients With Ventricular Premature Beats Complicated With Anxiety

ObjectiveThrough the study of TCM syndrome and heart rate variability in patients with ventricular premature beats complicated with anxiety,this paper discusses the distribution of TCM syndrome types,analyzes the prognosis according to the numerical differences of heart rate variability indexes between each syndrome type and patients in the normal group,and analyzes the impact of gender and age on the prognosis of each syndrome type,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.MethodUsing the method of cross-sectional study,500 patients with ventricular premature contraction diagnosed by the cardiovascular department of Guang’anmen Hospital of Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese medicine and the outpatient department and inpatient department of huguosi traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Beijing University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to December 2020 were collected as the ventricular premature contraction with anxiety state group and 190 healthy volunteers as the normal group,All subjects were monitored by 24-hour ambulatory ECG and assessed by self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).The information collection table was designed according to the diagnostic criteria of various TCM Syndromes of ventricular premature contraction,palpitation and palpitation,and the general clinical data of all subjects and the time domain values SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD and pNN50 in 24-hour ambulatory ECG were filled in,According to the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndrome,the database was established by spss16 0.After selecting reasonable and correct statistical methods with the assistance of statistical experts,process and analyze the data to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the analysis results.Result1.The distribution and regularity of TCM Syndromes of ventricular premature beats complicated with anxiety state(palpitation)were heart Yin deficiency syndrome(31%)>heart deficiency and timidity syndrome(29%)>heart and spleen deficiency syndrome(11%)>heart qi deficiency syndrome(9%)>Heart Yang depression syndrome(8%)>water drinking over the heart syndrome(7%)>heart pulse stasis syndrome(5%).2.The statistical results of the relationship between gender factors and heart rate variability in patients with ventricular premature contraction complicated with anxiety(palpitation)are as follows:there is no significant difference in the overall mean of SDNN between different genders;there is no significant difference in the overall mean of SDANN between different genders;there is significant difference in the overall mean of RMSSD between different genders,and the overall mean of RMSSD in women is higher than that in men.3.According to the statistical results of the relationship between age factors and heart rate variability in patients with ventricular premature contraction complicated with anxiety(palpitation),there was no significant difference in the overall mean of SDNN in different age groups;there was no significant difference in the overall mean of SDANN in different age groups;there was no significant difference in the total body mean of SDANN in different age groups.4、Ventricular premature contraction with anxiety Comparison of heart rate variability between patients with different TCM syndromes(palpitation)and normal group:the overall mean difference of SDNN in different groups is statistically significant.Further pairwise comparison shows that:the overall mean difference of SDNN between heart Yin deficiency syndrome and heart deficiency timidity syndrome is statistically significant;the overall mean difference of SDNN between heart deficiency timidity syndrome and normal group is statistically significant;heart Yin deficiency syndrome,heart and spleen deficiency syndrome,heart qi There was no significant difference in the overall mean of SDNN between deficiency syndrome,heart Yang depression syndrome,water drinking and heart touching syndrome,heart pulse stasis syndrome and normal group.The overall mean difference of SDANN in different groups was statistically significant.Further pairwise comparison showed that the overall mean difference of SDANN between heart Yin deficiency syndrome and heart deficiency timidity syndrome was statistically significant;The overall mean difference of SDANN between heart deficiency and timidity syndrome and normal group was statistically significant;There was no significant difference in the overall mean of SDNN between the heart Yin deficiency syndrome,heart spleen deficiency syndrome,heart qi deficiency syndrome,heart Yang depression syndrome,water drinking and heart obstruction syndrome and the normal group.There was no significant difference in the overall mean of SDANN between different groups.ConclusionIncidence of patients with ventricular premature beat and anxiety:1.Among TCM syndromes,the distribution proportion of TCM Syndromes of patients with ventricular premature beat and anxiety is more than 10%.There are heart Yin deficiency syndrome,heart deficiency timidity syndrome and heart spleen deficiency syndrome.The patients are mostly in the heart and spleen,which can be treated from the heart and spleen.The heart deficiency and timidity syndrome has the lowest time-domain value index of heart rate variability and poor prognosis compared with other syndromes,suggesting that for patients with ventricular premature beats complicated with anxiety,it can be treated with calming nerves,nourishing heart and calming nerves,and prevent the occurrence of malignant arrhythmia.2.The time domain index RMSSD of heart rate variability in men is lower than that in women,indicating that men are more prone to malignant arrhythmias than women.3.According to the results of this study on 500 patients with ventricular premature contraction complicated with anxiety,it is speculated that heart rate variability has nothing to do with age.
