Objective:To investigate the perioperative safety and efficacy of ERAS after hepatectomy and cholangioenterostomy in hilar cholangiocarcinoma. Methods:A total of 38 patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma undergoing partial hepatectomy and cholangioenterostomy were collected from January 2015 to January 2017.21 patients underwent ERAS perioperative management(ERAS group)and 17 patients underwent traditional perioperative Surgical treatment(traditional group),the postoperative clinical indicators between the two groups were compared. Results:There was no statistical difference in preoperative general data between the two groups(P>0.05).After surgery, some of the liver function and/or recovery parameters in t he ERAS group were significantly better than those in the traditional group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications was not statistically different(P>0.05).The nu mber of hospital stays and patient satisfaction in the postoperative ERAS group we re better than those in the traditional treatment group. Conclusion:Using ERAS in perioperative patients undergoing radical cholangiocarcinoma is safe and effective, helping to speed up patient recovery and improve patient recovery.
