Study On The Status Of Health Literacy And Its Influencing Factors In Yizhou District,Hami City

Objective: By with the state of urban and rural residents do a questionnaire about the national health quality,get with the state of urban and rural residents health situation,health behavior literacy knowledge literacy skills,health literacy,which stands in the overall situation Angle to analyze the evaluation with the state's overall level of residents' health literacy.Secondly,based on a questionnaire of health literacy to find what are the factors influencing the residents' health literacy,find out the most can affect residents' health literacy indicator,as with the state government to provide some strategies to improve the residents' health literacy caused low health literacy and intervention method,finally to achieve the goal of health in 2030 put forward China.Methods: This research adopts the research method is stratified cluster random sampling,extract li garden street li garden from states with Iraq,oil city street branch of oil region,tao township home house and back to the urban and rural residents,from this a few to take place,different schools,community,government agencies,shopping malls,such as the village committee,face-to-face interview survey.In this study,the questionnaire on Chinese citizen health literacy was designed and developed by China health education center,and Epidata3 was adopted.2 double input data.Results: A total of 700 questionnaires were issued and 685 valid questionnaires were collected.The questionnaire recovery rate was 100%,and the effective rate was 97.86%.The health literacy status,health behavior literacy and health skills of residents in yizhou district of hami city were 51.29%,37.26% and 50.23%,respectively.The average residents' health knowledge was divided into 9.06±1.87 points.The average health behavior was divided into 6.96±1.36 points: the average health skill was 2.71±0.66;The comprehensive average of health literacy was 17.67 ±4.18 points.The different biological sex health knowledge,behavior,the average scores of literacy skills and comprehensive scored an average of two sample t test,the result,says health literacy composite scores on women than men.After Logistic analysis showed that women's health literacy level higher than that of male health literacy level,the lower theage of health literacy level is higher,the degree of cultural Gao Jiankang literacy level higher and higher,profession for the civil service/business unit personnel health literacy level of the highest.Conclusions:(1)the overall health literacy level of residents in yizhou district of hami city is not high,which can improve the health literacy level of residents and improve their health literacy level.(2)the main factors influencing the state residents health literacy with the following several: gender,age,culture level,occupation:(3)the key to strengthen for the elderly,retirees,students,farmers,community health education;(4)the chronic diseases of modern society become the cause of affecting the health of residents.Therefore,the proportion of the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in health education should be increased.
