Clinical Effect Study Of Hysteroscopic Electrotomy Combined With Drugs In The Treatment Of Endometrial Polyp

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of different drugs in preventing the recurrence of endometrial pol yps after h ysteroscopic endometrial pol ypotom y.Methods:A total of 245 endometrial pol yps patients underwent TCRP were selected from October 2011 to October 2015 in t he first affiliated hospital of Xin J iang medical universit y.The patients were divided into group A,B and C according to the postoperative treatment.The patients in group A were treated with leuprorelin from the day after o peration.The patients in group B were treated with gestrinone from the fifth day after operation.The patients in group C were not given an y treatment after operation.All patients were followed up for 6 months.The endometrial thickness,the recurrence of endometrial pol yps and the i mprovement of abnormal uterine bleeding of patients in the three groups were observed.Results:The recurrence rate of endometrial pol yps in group A,B and C was 6.00%(6/100),15%(15/100)and 35.56%(16/45)respectivel y;the improvement rate of abnormal uterine bleeding was 90.00%(90/100),85.00%(85/100)and 77.78%(40/45)respectivel y.The recurrence rate of endometrial pol yps in group A was significantl y lower than that in group C(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of endometrial pol yps in group B was significant l y lower than that in group C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the improvement rate of abnormal uterine bleeding among the three groups(?~2=3.856,P>0.05).There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness among the three groups be fore operation(P>0.05).Three months after operation,the endometrial thickness in gro up A and B was sign ificantl y less than that in group C(P<0.05),but there was significant difference in endometrial thickness between group A and B(P<0.05).Six months afte r operation,the endometrium thickness in group A was significantl y less than that in group B and C(P<0.05),there was significant difference in endometrial thickness between group A and B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gestrinone and leuprorelin assisted TCRP for endometrial pol yps can significantl y reduce the recurrence rate of endometrial pol yps,inhibit endometrial h yperplasia,and the effect of leuprorelin is better than that of gestrinone.
