| Objective: To investigate the correlation between the expression of PD-1 and PD-L1 in lung adenocarcinoma and clinical parameters. Methods: To collected 96 cases of lung adenocarcinoma from 2011 to 2017 surgical resection of the Xin Jiang University Affiliated tumor Hospital, detecting PD-1 and PD-L1 expression in the lung adenocarcinoma,s cancer nests and the stroma by immunohistochemical staining, and analyze its clinicopathologic correlatin. Results: PD-L1 the main expression was in the cytoplasm or the cell membrane and the yellow to brown granules were positive, the positive rates of PD-L1 in 96 cases of lung adenocarcinoma tissues were respectively 21.9%(21/96)and 32.3%(31/96),the expression level was positively correlated with tumor clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),negatively with postoperative prognosis;the PD-L1 expression in the lung adenocarcinoma,s cancer nests and the stroma was no significant correlation between age, sex, tumor size and subtype of lung adenocarcinoma;PD-L1 expression was not seen in normal lung tissues. The PD-1 positive cells were mainly intercancerous lymphocytes, the positive expression rate of 96 patients with lung adenocarcinoma was 68.8%(66/96),and low density and high density respectively was 57.6%(38/66)and 42.4%(28/66);the number of PD-1 positive lymphocytes was positively correlated with the expression of PD-L1 in cancer cells and cancer cells(P<0.05).PD-L1 was positively correlated with ALK expression, and no significant correlation with EGFR expression. The proportion of MPP in lung adenocarcinoma and the expression of PD-L1 in cancer cells were statistically significant. Conclusion: Expression of PD-L1 in lung adenocarcinoma is significantly correlated with the clinicopathological variables and postoperative prognosis of patients. |
