Objective: To investigate the correlation between different sub-types of hypertension and target organ damage. Methods: The study randomly selected 310 cases of our hospital research object after completing ambulatory blood pressure monitorin-g(ABPM)and improved cardiac, cervical vascular ultrasound and coronary CTA,c-ranial CT or MRI during December 2016 to March 2017.Then their clinical data and laboratory data were collected and divided them into 4 groups according to their results of ABPM.Among them, there were 46 cases of normal blood pressure group,60 cases of simple daytime hypertension group,91 cases of simple nighttime hypertension group and 113 cases of sustained hypertension group.Analysis wa-s used to compare the clinical features of each group and observe the differences in target organ damage in each group. Results: Multivariate regression analysis sho-wed that Nighttime hypertension and Sustained hypertension were the risk factors for Target-organ Damage(OR>1),and with the increase of TOD,the risk was incr-eased(NH group OR was 8.917,15.262,146.914),(SH group OR was 5.606,10.101,and 77.866),and Daytime hypertension was also a risk factor for multiple Tar-get-organ Damage(OR=7.256),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: In this cross-sectional study, both the duration of daytime and ni-ghttime persistent hypertension have impaired target organs, whereas nighttime hyp-ertension and sustained hypertension are at higher risk of target organ damage.
