Background: H.pylori infection is an important factor leading to gastric diseases. The studyfound that H.pylori virulence factors play an important role in the process of its pathogenesis, but different virulence factors in the process of H.pylori pathogenic role are differ-rent,lead to disease outcomes are different. From the expression of virulence factor-s of helicobacter pylori infection in diversity and stomach disease association between the desi-gn experiments on one hand, for the prevention and treatment of helicobacter pylori infec-tion related disease to provide more adequate basis. Objective: 1.To observe the expression of virulence gene(cagA、vacA、ice A2、babA)in patients with H.pylori infection in hexi corridor area.2.To study the correlation between different gastric disease types in Hexi corridor and virulence gene expression(cagA、vac A、ice A2、babA)of H.pylori.3.To explore the influence of the gene expression(cagA、vac A、ice A2、babA)of H.pylori in Hexi corridor on the outcome of different diseases. Methods: 1.To collect the mucosal specimens of patients with gastritis, gastric ulcer and gastric cancer that were positive for H.pylori infection in Hexi corridor area;2.Isolation and culture of the above mucosal specimens were obtained, and the helicoba-cter pylori was obtained from this specimen.3.DNA extraction of H.pylori was perfor-med,PCR amplification and gel electrophoresis were performed to observe the express-ion(cagA、vac A、ice A2、babA)of virulence genes.4.To explain the correlation between the expression of H.pylori genes(cagA、vac A、ice A2、babA)in Hexi cor-ridor and the different outcomes of gastric diseases by using statistical knowledge.Result: 1.VacA and cagA genotypes: in chronic atrophic gastritis, the most toxic vacA s1 alle le was 66.7%,There was a significant correlation between vacA s1m2 genotype and gastric ulceration(p < 0.05).The cagA gene was detected in 78.2% of patients with helicobacter pylori infection. The combination vac A s1m1/ cagA + was 50.8% in cagA positive samples, and these "dual-positive " strains accounted for 98.6% of vac A s1m1 samples.2.The frequency of Vac A s1m2 and Vac A s1m2 / CagA genotypes in chronic gastritis was higher than that in the gastric ulcer samples(p <0.01).3.There is a higher prevalence of ice A2 and babA in gastric ulcer. Conclusion: 1.The strain in Hexi corridor is highly variable.2.This high variati-on is an important factor affecting the high incidence of gastric disease in hexi corridor area.
