The Effect Of Integrated Emergency Trauma Pattern On Patients With Severe Multiple Trauma During Treatment

Objective Based on the comparative study of the treatment effect of the traditional special medical treatment mode and the integrated trauma emergency mode on the patients with severe multiple trauma,it provides a rapid and effective treatment mode for the treatment of multiple injuries,and provides a theoretical basis.Methods Emergency and severe cases in Department of Emergency,the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University before and after the cut-off point for medical department,the clinical data of 221 patients with severe multiple trauma were retrospectively analyzed,and divided the patients into control group and research group,control group selection of emergency and severe cases before the establishment of the medical department(from January 2014 to June 2016)adopts the model of specialized treatment of 129 patients with severe multiple trauma,the team for emergency and severe cases after the establishment of medical department(July 2016-June 2017)application of integrated model of emergency trauma treated 92 cases of patients with severe multiple trauma;Through strict quality control,we set up into the exclusion criteria,the third military medical university in chongqing,trauma scoring system software for ISS score in patients with multiple trauma.Observe two groups in the emergency time,length of hospital stay,mortality,the incidence of MODS incidence,shock.Using SPSS13.0 data statistics,counting data application test,measurement data using t test,all the numerical data application(`x ±s).P ≤ 0.05 for statistical significance.Results 1.General information: two groups of patients’ age,sex,type of trauma,ISS scores,degree of severity of no significant difference(P>0.05).2 treatment effect: two groups to accept their first aid mode,after the team in the incidence of MODS incidence,mortality,shock significantly lower than the control group,significant difference was found in two groups(P ≤ 0.05),with statistical significance.3 treatment time: the team in the emergency time is higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P ≤ 0.01),the average hospitalization time similar between the two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Trauma care mode will move the first aid resources forward and early implement the damage control,which it can significantly improve the prognosis of the patients,reduce the mortality,the incidence of MODS and the incidence of shock.It is a high effective and rapid treatment method,which has high clinical value and is worthy of popularization and application.
