| [Objective] :To analyze the correlation between thyroglobulin antibody(TgAb)and papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC)using clinical data.[Methods]:The clinical data was collected in November 2016 to November 2017,60 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma as a thyroid carcinoma group,a combined with neck lymph node metastasis in thyroid carcinoma group as A1 group,not in a thyroid carcinoma group with neck lymph node metastasis as A2 group.The 60 patients with nodular goiter in the same time period were classified as nodular goiter group.The population distribution of a thyroid carcinoma and nodular goiter group is the same,and it is comparable.Chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay was used to detect the expression of serum TgAb in 2 groups,and the Positive rate of TgAb in the group and group A1 and A2 was statistically analyzed.Data processing and analysis were performed using R3.4 statistical software,and P<0.05 was set to be statistically significant.[Results]: The positive rates of TgAb were 25% and 1.67% in thyroid carcinoma group and nodular goiter group,and statistically significant difference was found between the two groups.In the thyroid cancer group,the positive rate of TgAb in A1 group and A2 group was equal to 25%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.[Conclusion]: The increase of thyroglobulin antibody(TgAb)is correlated with papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC).In the preoperative diagnosis of PTC,TgAb can serve as an important indicator in screening,accompanied by TgAb rise in patients with thyroid nodules,can the comprehensive index of TSH,thyroid color ultrasound,CT examination of the thyroid,fine needle aspiration biopsy for preliminary diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. |
