Clinical Observation Of Coronary Heart Disease(Re Du Tan Yu Syndrome) Treated By Chui Huang Granule

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Chui Huang granules(Re Du Tan Yu syndrome)in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Sixty-eight patients were selected for the treatment of coronary heart disease(Re Du Tan Yu syndrome)in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Cardiology at the General Hospital of Ning Xia Medical University.The patients were equally divided into experimental group and control group with a randomized,single-blind,controlled method.The two groups were given conventional Western medicine treatment,the experimental group added Chui Huang granules,and the control group was treated with Yindanxinnaotong Soft Capsule.The treatment duration was 12 weeks.Blood routine tests,biochemical kits,homocysteine,hypersensitivity CRP,and coronary CT(64 rows)were collected and compared in Before and after treatment.Statistical analysis of data using SPSS17.0 to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chui Huang Granule in the treatment of coronary heart disease(Re Du Tan Yu syndrome).Results 68 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,34 cases in each group.Among them,1 case was detached from the test group,1 case was excluded,2 cases were detached in the control group,32 cases were in the remaining test group,and 32 cases were in the control group.The effective rate of treatment for CHD(Re Du Tan Yu syndrome)patients in the experimental group and the control group was significantly different.The total effective rate was 93.75% in the treatment group and 75% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the symptom scores of the test group and the control group had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the experimental groups before and after the treatment(P<0.01),there was a statistically significant difference between the control group before and after the treatment(excluding high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and high-sensitivity CRP)(P<0.01);There was a statistically significant difference in the degree of coronary artery stenosis(Gensini score)between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).There was no obvious abnormality in safety indicators before and after treatment in both groups.Conclusion The efficacy of Chui Huang Granule in the treatment of coronary heart disease(Re Du Tan Yu syndrome)is definite.It have significant advantages in improve the symptoms of patients,reduce triglycerides,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,atherosclerosis index,homocysteine,uric acid,leukocyte,hypersensitive CRP,and increase high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and other risk factors,reduce atherosclerotic plaque and improve the degree of coronary artery stenosis.And are worthy of recognition and popularization in clinical practice.
