| Objective To investigate the regulation of Chui Huang granules on NF-κB signaling pathway in patients with stable angina pectoris(Re Du Tan Yu syndrome).Methods In this study,94 patients with clinically diagnosed coronary heart disease with stable angina(Re Du Tan Yu syndrome)participated in a randomized,controlled trial.These patients were from the department and outpatient department of TCM and Cardiology,General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University.All patients were randomly assigned to 48 patients in the control group and 46 patients in the experimental group.This two groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and the Yin danxinnaotong group was treated with Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the Chui huang granules group took Chui Huang granules on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment.All patients have a 3-month course of treatment.The researchers recorded the basic conditions of these patients before and after treatment,and collected serum samples from these patients,and then measured the serum levels of TNF-α、NF-κB、IL-6、ICAM-1、VCAM-1、ET-1、NO by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa)and compared them.The statistical analysis of SPSS22.0 data was used to investigate the regulation of Chui Huang granules on signaling NF-κB pathway in patients with stable angina pectoris(Re Du Tan Yu syndrome).Results1.There was no significant difference in the statistical analysis of age,gender,and comorbidity distribution of all patients before enrollment(P>0.05).The baseline data were consistent and comparable.2.After treatment,the total effective rate of the Yin danxinnaotong group was 81.2%,and the total effective rate of the Chui huang granules group was 93.4%.The total effective rate of the Chui huang granules group was higher than that of the Yin danxinnaotong group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).3.Compared with before treatment,the Gensini scores of the Yin danxinnaotong group and the Chui huang granules group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the Yin danxinnaotong group,the Chui huang granules group improved the degree of coronary artery stenosis(P<0.05).4.Compared with before treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α,NF-κB,IL-6,ICAM-1,VCAM-1 and ET-1 were significantly lower in the Yin danxinnaotong group and the Chui huang granules group than before treatment.The concentration of NO increased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01),especially in the Chui huang granules group(P<0.01).Compared with the Yin danxinnaotong group after treatment,the levels of TNF-α,NF-κB,IL-6,ICAM-1,VCAM-1 and ET-1 in the serum of the Chui huang granules group decreased,and the concentration of NO increased more significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion ChuiHuang granules in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris(Re Du Tan Yu syndrome)in improving patients’ symptoms;improving the degree of coronary stenosis;it mainly aims to regulate the NF-κB signaling pathway by reducing the levels of inflammatory markersTNF-α,NF-κB,IL-6,ICAM-1,VCAM-1,and decreasing the ratio of ET-1/NO to effectively inhibit or cut off the vascular endothelial inflammatory cascade process,clear inflammatory damage factors and protect vascular endothelial function have significant advantages,the clinical efficacy is definitely worthy of recognition and popularization. |
