Analysis On The Spatial-temporal Variation About Urban Human Settlements Of Prefecture City In Shanxi Province

Based on the analysis of domestic and international research about living environment and urban ecological system,and also the principle of "people-oriented",this article sets up an evaluation index system of urban human settlements environment in Shanxi Province from four aspects which are the social and economic environment,living environment,infrastructure and public service environment,ecological environment.28 indexes are selected.The method "Health distance modal" is used to analysis and show the urban settlements quality and spatial variation of 11 prefecture cities in Shanxi Province based on the statistical data from 2005 to 2014.And then,doing the visualization expression about Shanxi Province in 2005,2008,2011,2014 based on GIS.On this basis,this article discussed the spatial pattern,space-time evolution characteristics,the driving mechanism in Shanxi Province.And then putting forward optimization of urban human settlements in Shanxi Province.(1)In terms of time: On the provincial level,livable degrees shows a straight upward trend of urban human settlements environment in Shanxi Province from 2005 to 2014.Overall,the livable level has greatly improved.On the district level,the living environment livable degrees prevents obvious holistic features and extreme value distribution.(2)In terms of space: on the whole,the overall spatial distribution pattern of urban living environment quality condition in Shanxi Province remains relatively stable,and presents the trend of the development of the region balanced.The urban human settlements quality evaluation level achieved by the lower level to higher level.On the district level,there is regional difference and more evident in the directional characteristics among the north,center,south,southeast of Shanxi Province from 2005 to 2014.From north to south,the area which ranks higher level of urban human settlements in Shanxi Province shows "strip" characteristic in the spatial distribution.(3)The spatial-temporal variation about urban human settlements of prefecture city has many affecting factors.Overall,social economic factor is the foundation and the most important factor in the evolution of the urban living environment quality of the space and time of Shanxi Province.Living environment,infrastructure and public service environment and ecological environment will also be in different extent influence on the urban human settlements in Shanxi Province.And various factors are intertwined,affect spatial differences and changes of the urban human settlement collectively.(4)Effective measures should be taken to improve the quality of urban human settlement in Shanxi Province.Such as strengthening the positive social and economic construction,improving the economic prosperity.Carrying out the urban planning scientficly,enhancing the quality of urban human settlement.Increasing the financial input in city environmental protection and the infrastructure,strengthening the public service level.Establishing a scientific concept of sustainable urban,building a "livable eco-city".To sum up,this article took "urban human settlements environment livable degrees" into the theoretical framework of urban human settlements environment system research.Health distance modal which was mainly used for the ecological health of ecosystem evolution was applied to the spatial-temporal variation about urban human settlements combined with AHP.The method enriches the theoretical basis and methods of the urban human settlements environment evaluation system.
