| The intangible cultural heritage of traditional craftsmanship is a historical accumulation of the nation,which is inherited by exemplary teaching,and known as the“living fossil”and figure of national memory.Due to the change of social production mode,traditional social organization form is broken,and the intangible cultural heritage of traditional craftsmanship is facing severe challenge.While modern apprenticeship as an important form to promote vocational education reform and innovation,to some extent,conforming to the inheritance law of intangible cultural heritage of traditional craftsmanship,and corresponding to its generation mechanism.Meanwhile,coinciding with that the government is actively advocating and encouraging that the vocational education should undertake the burden of inheriting of national culture.From the perspective of educational inheritance,by adopting normative analysis and empirical analysis method,the current study analyzes the practice of intangible cultural heritage of traditional craftsmanship performed in vocational colleges all over the country,and analyses its historical changes and the realistic plight.The current study mainly discusses three aspects as following: firstly,it puts forward the traits of generation mechanism of intangible cultural heritage of traditional craftsmanship,such as individuality,situation and practicality.Secondly,it from teaching,system,and function elements to explain its historical evolution and basic feature.Thirdly,it confirms the function and value of basing on modern apprenticeship for intangible cultural heritage of traditional craftsmanship inheritance,mainly reflected in three aspects: the integration of government,enterprise,and school in school-running model;the integration of skill,art and “dao” in training target;the integration of teaching and learning in teaching process.Besides,the current study is based on the realistic demands of intangible cultural heritage of traditional craftsmanship inheritance,combining with the analysis of typical cases,we should do as following: firstly,perfect policy system;secondly,perfect modern apprenticeship of talents training mode;thirdly,carry out the integration of teaching and learning,and strengthen interactive learning between school and enterprise. |
