This episode will help the audience get more knowledge of Buddhism. Genius of the Ancient World was broadcasted on August 5, 2015 in BBC, which introduced great thinkers and philosophers in ancient times. In this documentary series, the production team came to India, Greece and China, to find the footprints of three great thinkers—Buddha, Socrates and Confucius, and to explore the mysteries that they could have been able to influence the world. It also talked about the value of their thoughts in modern times. This three-episodes documentary series included moderated commentary, access to researchers and the visit of the general public.The interpretation report is based on the translation of the episode of the Buddha.
