In recent years Flipped Classroom is a rising star, which has received wide recognition and application in global education processes. The rapid change of science and technology requires the reformation of education models. Flipped Classroom teaching model gained great recognition and be widely used in the educational circles around the world. Flipped Classroom has changed the traditional classroom learning pattern completely, which is “teaching first, practice after”. Flipped classroom teaching mode is the use of current network technology and resources, to carry out a thorough reform of teaching methods, patterns and processes.Because the Flipped Classroom teaching mode has been used very well in many teaching processes, the author attempts to use this kind of teaching mode in the vocational schools English teaching classes to improve the current English teaching situation in this paper. Apply Flipped Classroom teaching pattern to English teaching in vocational schools in order to implement the efficiency of talent cultivation model.In this paper, practical research and questionnaire survey are adopted to prove the feasibility of the Flipped Classroom teaching mode and its significant effects in high vocational school English teaching processes. By analyzing the results of the examinations, came to the conclusion that Flipped Classroom is of great importance in vocational English teaching.
