The problem of Ontology occupies the core position in the philosophical system of Plotinus' and it is also a main topic in Greek philosophy. The core concepts in Plotinus' metaphysical ontology including “One” and “Nous” and “Soul”, and the relationships between the embodied in: the meaning of the “One”-One flush out the Nous and the Soul, the meaning of “Returning”-the Soul return to the One. Plotinus' monism, mysticism negative philosophy ontology thought is not only a beyond and summary of the ontology of ancient Greek philosophy, but also an orientor who leads the ancient Greek philosophy to the medieval Christian theology. As the main representative of the new Platonism, his thought has a far-reaching influence on the construction of Christian theology system. This paper based on the research of the concept of Plotinus' ontology, to further discuss the effects it made on Augustine and CaPPadocian's Christian thought, they are both the model of character of the early Christian philosophy.
