Objective: In this study, undergraduates with depression received a short-term(one week)training based on laboratory behavioral interventions. This study aimed to observe the clinical efficacy of training model with positive image-based CBM laboratory cognitive interventions in the improvement of negative emotions and the correction of negative information attention in individuals with depression after one-week training. Methods: Undergraduates diagnosed as depression adopting Center Epidemiological Studies of Depression(CES-D)and Response Styles Questionnaire(RSQ)were selected sixty-three as subjects.Equivalent pretest-posttest control group design was applied, with voice, images and characters as training materials.Whether positive image-based laboratory CBM interventions were effective on individuals with depression was explored by comparing the depression and anxiety level(CES-D,RSQ,IES-R and STAI-T),negative cognitive bias(CBQ and ATQ)and eye-movement data indexes(Fixation Count,Total Fixation Duration, and the Time to First Fixation)in positive-image training group,negative-image training group and depression-trending control group before and after training.Results:(1)Compared with depression-trending control group,positive-image training group was markedly lower in depression symptoms and anxiety level and had more significant decrease of negative invasive memory before and after training.Moreover,positive-image training group also had reduction of depression symptoms and anxiety level and improvement of negative cognitive bias after two weeks.(2)In positive-image training group after training, the number of fixation points and the fixation time to negative region reduced evidently, while the persistent fixation time before reaching to the negative region in the images increased prominently than training before.Conclusion:(1)Positive image-based CBM intervention training has positive influence on undergraduates with depression, which has better interventional efficacy in reducing their depression symptom and improving negative cognitive bias.(2)Positive image-based CBM intervention training can decrease the attentions of undergraduates with depression to negative information.
