Research On Cultural Industry Development Of Linyi City In The Perspective Of Regional Economic Development

In 21st century, competitions among countries have expanded from politics, economy and military to culture. Culture has become an important component to evaluate a country’s overall strength. Culture industry in post-industrial era and with the core of intellectual property rights is new power to promote economic and social development. National economic development is not balanced in our country, the industry is not reasonable, high cost of manufacturing development, extensive management, and other issues are still outstanding. Since the 18th congress, the country clearly put forward the transformation mode for economic development, adjusting industrial structure to keep the fast growth of the economy. For acheiving this goal, the core concept of "innovation and development" and driving factors were put forward.In the context of the world economic integration, the importance and influence of culture has become increasingly prominent. It can not only infiltrate into all aspects of the social economy, but also stimulate the vitality of society development, turning into an indispensable important part of the social development, thus, becoming the breakthrough of the mode transformation and adjustment of economic structure in our country.Linyi city has rich historical and cultural resources. Linyi city is the intersection of dongyi culture and central plains culture, possessing characteristics of qilu junan chu culture. It is not only a city of deep-rooted culture, but also, cultural industry has been developed as a pillar industry since 2008, with higher maturity, more annual data and representative theoretical achievements. Also, cultural industry has turned into the pillar industry of the regional economic development. The progress of cultural industry, not only helps to promote regional cultural industry sustained development, but also contributes to the structural promotion of regional economy. Under the condition of the new normal and new task, it is, therefore, of highly realistic meaning and practical value to study Linyi’s regional economic development under the perspective of cultural industry.On the basis of Linyi city cultural industry development history and status quo, economic structure adjustment and cultural industry-related concepts and theories combined, theoretical analysis was carried about Linyi’s present developing situation of cultural industry under the economic structure adjustment, restriction factors on its cultural industry will be explored as well. In mathematical analysis section, data envelopment analysis method will be used to investigate Linyi’s sub-county cultural industry of Linyi input and output efficiency from 2010 to 2014. Based on the 12 sub-counties cultural industry panel data acquired from 2010 to 2014 to empirically study the influence on economic development, thus, useful countermeasures and advices for Linyi’s cultural industry development can be put forward.
