Study On The Relationship Between The CG Illustration And Traditional Illustration

With the development of the time,the application of CG illustration is more and more extensive,so it has been paid much attention by art researchers and illustrators.In this paper,the traditional illustration is the basis for the development of CG illustration as a prerequisite for discussion.First of all,the characteristics of the two are compared,and then from the art and application of the two areas to explore the relationship between CG illustration and traditional illustration,analysis of the differences between the two,contact,integration and development is the focus of this article.Traditional illustration has a long history,precipitation and accumulated a wealth of theoretical basis.CG illustration as a new form of illustration,although in the way of presentation and creation process and other aspects of the difference between traditional illustrations,but the two are closely related to the painting tools,performance technique,artistic style of the three aspects.CG illustration based on the essence of traditional illustration for innovation and development,and traditional illustrations also draw on the novelty of digital illustration,the future development trend of CG illustration and traditional illustration is the relationship of mutual influence and integration.Different from previous research on digital technology,this paper focuses on the fundamental of CG illustration,and provides a basis for the theoretical of digital illustration.
