This study first reviews the influence of media technology on the his-tory of music production and music learning, especially the notation sys-tem in traditional music teaching. This paper takes the visual attribute of new media music as the research object, collects relevant examples and literatures of dynamic visualization in music field in various fields, and designs and realizes the dynamic visualization of a Peking Opera work.On this basis, this study analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of dynamic visualization compared with traditional notation methods, and systematically compiles the application scope and characteristics of dif-ferent dynamic visual means in music teaching and other domains.It is found that traditional music teaching methods based on audi-tory and static vision can no longer effectively help contemporary learn-ers understand and participate in various music phenomena in the new media age. The dynamic visualization of music is in the key position in the music practice of the new media era. It is not only the requirement of the current music education, but also an effective method of teaching music. Unlike traditional visual means, which mainly aims at precision,the objectives of dynamic visual means are varied in different areas such as music animation, virtual reality game, sound visualization, music de-vice, electronic art and so on.The full text includes five chapters. Chapter 2 reviews the history of music production from the perspective of :media technology, and dis-cusses the changes of music life in multimedia age and its aesthetic sig-nificance. Chapter 3 summerizes the traditional static visual means from aspects such as music education, music analysis and music psychology.Chapter 4 classifies the contemporary application scenarios for dynamic visualization. Chapter 5 is the conclusion and significance of the study.
