| Studies have shown that by a certain exercise training can enhance and improve the individual’s state of mind and cognitive ability,such as emotion,resilience,self-efficacy and the ability of inhibition control,and the acquisition of this ability can be moved to the general life experience,and it has a positive impact to daily life.In the field of sport psychology and neuroscience about sport,a large number of studies have also found that there is a significant difference between the experts and novices in the field of psychology and cognitive neuroscience.The archery is a sport which have a great relationship with psychological factors and sports skills,and a large number of studies have proved the close relationship between the psychological factors and archery.This study use the psychological measurement and ERPs(Event Related Potentials)technology to explore whether there is a difference in resilience,self-efficacy,inhibition control and visual attention and so on between the college students who have an archery training experience and the students who have not an archery training experience,and to explore the influence of archery training to the state of mind and cognitive function,and the conclusion will provide a good theoretical basis to make the exercise as cognitive intervention.This research hypothesis that:(1)In the psychological measurement,the grade of the group of archery training were significantly higher than the group of ordinary college students in every dimension of the scale of resilience and the scale of general self-efficacy;(2)In the task about reaction time of discrimination,the reaction time of the group of archery training has significant difference with the group of ordinary college students,and the reaction time of the group of archery training is less than the group of ordinary college students;the amplitude of P1 and P3 component in the group of archery training was significantly smaller than that the group of ordinary college students,but the amplitude of N2 component in the group of archery training was significantly larger than that the group of ordinary college students;(3)In the task about reaction time of selection,the reaction time of the group of archery training has significant difference with the group of ordinary college students,and the reaction time of the group of archery training is less than the group of ordinary college students;the amplitude of P1 and P3 component in the group of archery training was significantly smaller than that the group of ordinary college students,but the amplitude of N2 component in the group of archery training was significantly larger than that the group of ordinary college students.According to the results in this paper,the following conclusions:(1)Archery training can improve the resilience and general self-efficacy of college students;(2)In terms of response speed,the group of archery training has more faster reaction time in the difficult task;(3)In the reaction of discrimination to stimulus,the group of archery training use less resources of attention in the early of visual attention,and show the higher inhibitory control ability;(4)The group of archery training has significant advantages in the ability of stimulus’discrimination and the utilization of cognitive resources. |
