| Resilience is the psychological function and development are not affected by severe stress or adversity.Interpersonal stress is that in interpersonal communication,the individual through the evaluation of the interpersonal environment requirements to determine that it exceeds own capacity of the tolerance,or think needs to be threatened,self-worth is not achieved when it occurs.Based on the group counseling program of acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT),this paper attempted to explore the system intervention program of resilience of university students by improving resilience,and to provide reference for the last researchers.This study aimed to make up for how the traditional emotion regulation strategies focus only on controlling and reducing the negative emotion and neglect the deficiency of individual’s positive attitude and positive quality.Therefore,it provided constructive proposal for psychological health education from eliminating negative emotion to paying attention to the positive quality of university students,encouraging the contemporary university students to seek the true value of life.In this study,440 university students were investigated by resilience scale and interpersonal stress scale.12 university students were selected as typical subjects to interview,and the interaction relationship between resilience and interpersonal stress was analyzed by key event interview.On this basis,the recruitment was tried,and the experimental intervention method was used to carry out the experiment.In conclusion,the results showed that :First,resilience varied significantly on the ground of sex and origin.Interpersonal stress was significantly different in gender and grade.Second,there was a significant negative correlation between the total scores of resilience and the total scores of interpersonal stress and the four dimensions.And the ability of self-efficacy and emotion regulation could effectively predict interpersonal stress.Third,the effects of past interpersonal stress coping experience on resilience factors had seven aspects: the effects of stress,the influence of external resources,self-awareness,individual characteristics,commitment behavior,acceptance and explicit value.Fourth,the experimental intervention of group counseling could significantly improve the resilience level and reduce the interpersonal stress of members,and had a better maintenance effect. |
