Interpersonal adaptation is defined as individuals in the new environment achieve the purpose of adapting to new social groups through the self-regulation of self-mentality and behavior patterns,to form harmonious interpersonal relationship and maintain the harmonious state,which is accompanied by personal growth.[12]Interpersonal curiosity is a personality trait of individual,a series of behaviors,which is exhibited by an individual out of inner desire and instinct motivation.[36]Resilience refers to a dynamic process that individuals can adapt well when face trauma,tragedy,threats or other major stresses of life.It is a series of abilities and traits that can quickly recover and successfully deal with the process through dynamic interactions when individuals experience significant stress and danger.[54]In order to explore quantitatively the relationship between psychological resilience,interpersonal curiosity and interpersonal adaptability among individuals through quantitative analysis of large samples.In this study,539 college students were surveyed by means of questionnaire survey with college students'resilience scale and interpersonal curiosity and interpersonal adjustment scale.On the basis of quantitative analysis,this study is based on the ACT to design community Counseling and intervention programs to try to introduce the concept of resilience to interpersonal adaptation of college students to the thought of intervene,focusing on the cultivation of resilience,and then explore the trait of individual interpersonal adaptation changes.First of all,35 students are recruited by pasting poster,who are experiencing interpersonal adaptation problems.After being tested by the interpersonal and psychological resilience scales,there are 15 students'interpersonal and resilience scores are both lower than average who will be divided into discriminatory interviews.Finally,7students are selected who can continue to participate in group auxiliary into the experimental group to receive group auxiliary intervention,7 as a control group to follow-up survey.According to the results of the front-to-back tracking survey,the typical members were interviewed in depth to explore the changes in the process of interpersonal adaptation and the significance of the changes.In summary,the conclusions are as follows:?1?There are significant differences in interpersonal curiosity,interpersonal adaptation,and demographic variables such as gender,grade,and major.?2?There is a significant positive correlation between interpersonal curiosity and interpersonal adaptation,and the emotional curiosity dimension can positively predict interpersonal adaptation.?3?Interpersonal curiosity,interpersonal adaptation and resilience are closely related,and resilience has a good positive predictive effect on interpersonal adaptation;emotional curiosity plays a part in mediating the relationship between resilience and adaptation.?4?The intervention study showed that both experimental group members and control group members had changes before and after group counseling,but the reasons for the changes were different.
