People are used to connect the music of Russia with Tchaikovsky,the strong group,Rachmaninov and Shostakovich together,but few people talk about the composer Glazunov who served as a link between past and future of the two period mentioned above,even a lot of professional music history just use a few description on him.From the current situation of the domestic research,the study of Glazunov's works is more from the perspective of music appreciation,focusing on the technology of the composition,rather than the aspects of the multi-sound thinking.The paper studies and analyzes with the work Op.10 as the breakthrough point,from the perspective of the technique of the composition and the multi-sound thinking in the composition.The paper use the “Second String Quartet in F Major”(Op.10)by Glazunov as the object for research,which mainly from researching on the polyphonic technique to objectively illustrate the application of the multi-sound thinking by Glazunov in the String Quartet.The “Second String Quartet in F Major”(Op.10)by Glazunov is created in his early stage of the creation in 1884,he was appreciated by Berialyev since 1883,he often played his song at the home of the supplier,and he communicated with a lot of musicians in this period and had learned about a lot of skills and techniques in music creation.While the second string quartet was created during this period,the work reflects his understanding and thinking in music during this period.It is not difficult to see that he has a keen insight,deep understanding and rich imagination of multi-sound thinking in his creation.The paper studies on the “Second String Quartet in F Major”(Op.10)by Glazunov,and settle the title as the study on multi-sound thinking which means that we will discuss about the feature of the language in “Seventh String Quartet” at the aspect of creation to objectively illustrate the application of the multi-sound thinking by Glazunov in the String Quartet.The author started from the application of multi-sound thinking in “Second String Quartet” by Glazunov to study the way that he applies the multi-sound technique purposely and designedly in the creation which makes the music more in line with his intention to express his creative thinking.The paper is divided into three chapters:The first chapter introduces the living background,learning experience and works of Glazunov,sums up his unique creative style and creative concepts.The second chapter separately analyzes and sums the features of the application in the four movements of the “Second String Quartet in F Major(Op.10)”.In the third chapter,the author sums the features when Glazunov used the multi-sound thinking in his creation of the work,through the analysis of the four movements of the “Second String Quartet in F Major(Op.10)”,the author starts from the application of multi-sound thinking in “Second String Quartet” by Glazunov,to study his multi-sound thinking of creation,and study about his creative process in the use of multi voice thinking from the two aspects of vertical and horizontal analysis.Through the analysis,we can draw the conclusion that the composer applies the multi-sound thinking method purposely and designedly in the creation,which makes the expressive force of the music more fit his intention to express his creative thinking.
