| Pro-environmental behavior refer to that we want to do something for the environment by our own volition.Corporate Social Responsibility refers to the practices of company will contribute to the three aspects of the sustainable development:economy、society and environment,it is both the responsibility and obligation.With the development of science and technology,in recent years,various of environmental problems are emerging.People also pay more attention to the environment.The 18th CPC National Congress also emphasized the necessity to strengthen the ecological civilization construction,while,this depends on the specific behaviors of enterprises and employees,so the impact of their Pro-environmental behaviors on the construction of ecological civilization is very important.This research aims at exploring the relationship and interaction mechanism of the Corporate Social Responsibility,environmental concern and Pro-environmental behavior of employees.We use the "environmental care questionnaire","Corporate Social Responsibility Questionnaire" and "Pro environmental behavior questionnaire" to investigate 448 different employees of various enterprise,use SPSS 18.0,amos17.0 to analyze database for exploring the the relationship and interaction mechanism of the Corporate Social Responsibility,Environmental Concern and Pro-environmental behavior among employees.Results:(1)There are significant gender differences in the environmental concern,private Pro-environmental behavior and public Pro-environmental behavior.In the Environmental Concern variables,women scored higher than men.In the private Pro-environmental behavior,the scores of female were higher than male,while in public Pro-environmental behavior,women scored lower than men;(2)There are significant industry differences in the public Pro-environmental behavior,the scores of "one" were higher than "two";(3)In the aspect of Environmental Concern,the differences of educational background is significant.The scores of Bachelor’s degree or above is higher than senior high school students;(4)The direct effects of the dimensions of Corporate Social Responsibility on employees’ Pro-environmental behavior were significant.(5)Environmental Concern in the relationship of social and environmental dimensions of Corporate Social Responsibility and private Pro-environmental behaviors,both play the part of the intermediary role;Environmental Concern in the relationship of economic dimensions of Corporate Social Responsibility and private Pro-environmental behaviors,doesn’t play the intermediary role;Environmental Concern in the relationship of all dimensions of Corporate Social Responsibility and public Pro-environmental behaviors,cover the effect.Conclusion:(1)All the dimensions of Corporate Social Responsibility have positive predictive effect on the employee’s Pro-environmental behaviors;(2)Environmental Concern in the relationship of social and environmental dimensions of Corporate Social Responsibility and private Pro-environmental behaviors,both play the part of the intermediary role.Environmental Concern in the relationship of all dimensions of Corporate Social Responsibility and public Pro-environmental behaviors,cover the effect. |
