Helping dilemma is a kind of social dilemmas in which there is a conflict between short-term personal interests and long-term collective benefits. This study used the experimental method to explore the impact of outcome feedback and third party punishment on interpersonal helping behaviors of different types of individuals. Another aim is to explore the different effects of punishment measures on repairing the interpersonal trust and increasing the follow-up helping behaviors. In the first research, we explored the impact of outcome feedback of helping dilemma and social value tendencies (help/ not help) on interpersonal trust and helping behaviors of individuals. 105 subjects were divided into help condition and not help condition according to the results of the initial helping decision.A total of 105 subjects participated this study. The results showed that main effect of the feedback type is significant, and positive feedback can improve the individual's behavior and interpersonal trust compared to negative feedback. Additionally, the main effect of social value tendencies was also significant, with respect to uncooperative subjects, cooperative subjects tended to have higher behavior and interpersonal trust. At the same time, the study also found that the feedback type and social value tendencies directly affected the subjective behavior of the subjects, also the feedback type and social value tendencies could also be through the mediated role of trust to help people behavior. ·In the second research, the author explored the impact of the punishment measures against the behavior of the unethical behavior on the behavior of the students and the interpersonal trust. A total of 123 subjects were assigned to the non penalized group, the compensation group, the fines group, the critics group and the apology group. The subjects received negative feedback (i.e, false help) in the experiment and measured the performance of the subjects in subsequent helping behavior. The results showed that: (1)In the helping dilemma, the main effect of the third party punishment was significant, and the result of the post-test shows that the non-penalty group was significantly lower than the compensation group and the penalty group in the subsequent helping behaviors and interpersonal trust. And that, with respect to other penalties, fines and compensation were the most effective means of repairing a person's predicament against negative behavior. (2) In the helping dilemma, the third party punishing measures could directly affect the subsequent behavior of the candidates, but also through the indirect role of interpersonal trust to helping behaviors.
