Helping behavior is concern for others and act to help, meanwhile the helper is selfless, it is a typical representative of the pro-social behavior. Review the previous article, helping behavior is contains two parts of aspect, the study to the pupil of this paper is based on both this;in addition, according the implicit learning theories ,we start the intervention of helping behavior. We assumed that the intervention can contribute to helping behavior development.Taking the pupil as participants, the paper contains two studies. First study is on pupils helping behavior development test investigation. Study 1 is adopt 6 (grades)×2 (gender) double factor experiment design. The purpose is inspection helping judgment,helping behavior and its consistency situation of grade 1 to 6. Study two is concern on pupils helping behavior intervention research. Firstly, divided the participants into test classes and control classes randomly. Then adopted the manner of implicit learning intervention to start. Conduct 6 (grades)×2 (gender)×2 (classes) three factors experimental design, explore if the intervention manner can effect the pupils helping judgment, helping behavior and its consistency.The results of study 1 is describes the pupils helping judgment and helping behavior development, and its consistency. The results of study 2 show that the intervention could promote the development of pupils helping judgment and helping behavior, also have some effect to its consistency. This article extends intervention of the helping behavior, besides, this methods might be provided some innovations referential for the moral education in the future.
