Research On The Evaluation And Promotion Of Financial Performance Of DG Company

The analysis and evaluation of corporate financial performance has been a hot issue both in the enterprise and academia,especially the use of statistical methods to improve and improve the level of evaluation is more prominent.With the reform and development of China’s cultural system,China’s cultural media industry has developed from small to large,from weak to strong,has become an important part of China socialism and national economic system.Therefore,the study of the performance of cultural media enterprises has positive practical significance.In this paper,radio and television media industry company DG as the object of analysis and study,using factor analysis method to evaluate the company’s financial performance,construct the evaluation system of financial performance of DG company,find out the existing problems and put forward suggestions for improvement.This paper first introduces the research background and significance,and then reviewed the related concepts of financial performance evaluation,evaluation of enterprise financial performance was defined and introduced the evaluation index system and method of financial performance evaluation of financial performance of several mainstream.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of DG company and financial affairs of Listed Companies in the cultural media industry.Thirdly,according to the basic principles of choosing financial indicators,and combining the characteristics of Target Corp’s industry,we select 14 financial indicators,and build the company’s financial performance evaluation index system.Then,using the factor analysis method to evaluate the financial performance of the Target Corp,in the cultural media industries selected 20 Sample Firms,including DG company,on the financial performance of DG company from two aspects of horizontal and vertical scoring and ranking,the comprehensive evaluation result.According to the evaluation results,analysis and find out the company’s financial problems,and finally,the article for its existing financial problems,put forward the corresponding suggestions for improvement.The results show that the main reason for the financial performance of DG company is its low profitability.Based on these results,the influencing factors of profitability are analyzed.Aiming at the problems found in the research process,through summing up and analyzing the financial development of the company,this paper put forward some feasible suggestions,such as to maintain the core competitiveness,the steady growth of profits;develop new business,increase sales channels;reduce the expenses for the period,to strengthen cost control;strengthen capital operation,enhance competition ability etc..The results of this study can provide some theoretical and practical reference for the management of DG company,but also can provide reference for the evaluation of financial performance of other enterprises,to guide investors to analyze and forecast the future development of enterprise has certain guiding significance.
