Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of YZW Film And Television Entertainment Company Based On Balanced Scorecard

In recent years,due to the encouragement and support of national policies,rapid economic development,strong public demand and Internet technology,the film and television industry is facing good development opportunities and rapid development speed.However,due to overheated development,some problems have arisen and entered the industry adjustment period.In the process of investigating YZW film and television entertainment company which focuses on TV drama business in the industry,this paper finds that YZW company has not only launched a lot of high-quality and good reputation "blockbuster" films and TV series,but also maintained a good management ability.Due to the outstanding achievements in export,YZW company has a high reputation among overseas peers.However,there are some problems in YZW company’s financial performance evaluation,which are mainly reflected in the limitations of the company’s financial performance evaluation system,the lack of communication and feedback in financial performance evaluation,and the disconnection between financial performance evaluation and strategic objectives.Considering the actual situation of YZW company and based on the guarantee of the feasibility of Balanced Scorecard,this paper is based on the financial and customer From the perspective of household,internal operation and innovative learning,this paper designs a balanced scorecard based financial performance evaluation index system with 16 evaluation indexes including the revenue growth rate of TV drama business and the preparation period of TV drama.Through the use of analytic hierarchy process to determine the different weights of each evaluation index,and using the relevant data of YZW company from 2017 to2019,it calculates the on-site financial performance.Through the analysis,not only the financial performance of YZW company in finance,customer,internal operation and innovation learning level is clear,but also the aspects that YZW company needs to make efforts to improve its financial performance.The application process of financial performance evaluation index system based on Balanced Scorecard shows that the application of Balanced Scorecard method in YZW company is reasonable.Finally,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures for YZW company to implement the financial performance evaluation based on the balanced scorecard.This study can help YZW company to improve financial performance evaluation,which is of great significance for YZW company itself and the development of the film and television industry.At the same time,it enriches the relevant theoretical research and has good application value.
