World Chinese Teaching is the important way to promote the Soft power of Chinese culture. With the positive interaction of the Cross-strait relations, especially the initiative of The Belt and Road, how to enhance Cross-strait Chinese Teaching cooperation, and realize the collaborative innovation will be a strategic research subject. The paper tries to contrast the Cross-strait students’ master’s dissertation topics to research the differences between Cross-strait Chinese Teaching, and discuss the collaborative innovation.Through comparative study, the paper thinks that the differences between Cross-strait Chinese Teaching reflected in the following aspects:First, on the teaching level, Chinese mainland has macro view, but the focus is not prominent, and Taiwan is geared to the international standards in advance and is more innovative and targeted. Chinese mainland pays more attention to the Chinese teachers training of reserve forces. Taiwan pays more attention to the lift of ability of teachers on post. So we advocate that Cross-strait can cooperate to hold forum regularly and cultivate the TCSL teachers.Second, on the learning level, Chinese mainland pays more attention to learners and learning rules, but Taiwan prefers through the learning study to explore how to make the teaching improvement. The tendencies of the two sides are different. So we advocate more cross-strait communication should be made to jointly explore the idea and model of Chinese teaching in the new period.Third,on the ex teaching and learning level, mainland focus on the spread of Chinese traditional culture, while Taiwan focus on native culture. So we advocate that mainland and Taiwan should make use of own advantages and features to make collaborative innovations in a manner that both sides envisage each other’s differences.Due to the different emphasis on language and testing research, both sides should cooperate to establish standard test and assessment system and integrate mutual academic resource on Chinese teaching.
