Since the 21st century, the main focus of teaching Chinese to non-native speakers has been: "Using education as the foundation of a multi-route, multi-level,multi-faceted educational system in order to expand the reaches of education."Non-diploma Chinese teaching has resulted in the short-term development of education across the country, and has become a point of interest among scholars.However, this type of teaching has only been applied to public schools, but very infrequently with regard to private tutoring schools. These private tutoring schools are an important aspect of the development of Chinese as a "hot" subject. Using the Bo Han Chinese Training School as an example, the author will use personal internship experience to provide examples of some of the problems faced by both teachers and students, as well as make suggestions.This paper will examine methods that are fairer and more effective, discuss how to cultivate students’ enthusiasm towards Chinese, analyze differences in students with zero language background, analyze the internal rules and strategies of classroom teaching so as to provide advice for new teachers,promote the healthy development of teaching Chinese as a second language in order to maximize the efficiency of learning Chinese.
