Research On Responsibility Ethics Of Science Community In Post-academic Science Times

With the coming of Post-Academic Science Times,accompanying the integration trend of the science constantly mixes together with society.It changed practice way of Science Community and having brought some negative consequences to the human society.It is the urgent need of the present situation to study the problem about the practices of Science Community from the perspective of the Responsibility Ethics.Responsible Ethics is the research focal points in the ethical fie in Post-Academic Science Times.There are some theories have stressed the importance of responsibility which is the theory foundations,such as Freedom Theory,Virtue Theory,Contract Theory.Responsibility Ethics has become an important topic in Ethics since this concept was first proposed by the German Sociologist Max Weber in 1919。Hans Jonas brought the Responsibility Ethics into the Ethical scope of Scientific Community since he published a book named《The Principle of Responsibility:The Attempt of Industrial Civilization Ethics》in 1979.Expecting a more important role played by Responsibility Ethics in the practice of science community process.Predicament of the construction Ethics of Science Community revealed on the contradiction between the responsibilities of "to be and ought to",which challenged the Core Specifications of Responsibility Ethics:Interest-Oriented Mechanism ignore the Vulnerable Members of our society challenged the Core Specifications of "Human Existence";Responsibilities-Toward is becoming weaker ignore the Natural Responsibility which challenged the Core Specifications of "Good Life";Purpose for Use is expanded more challenged the core specification of "People is the only Goal";Ignore the Non-reciprocal Liability challenged the core specification of "Availabled Good".All of above required us to construct the Responsibility Ethics of Scientific Community,and focus on value oriented of the Core Specification of Responsibility Ethics.Responsibility Ethics seeks to develop methods from three paths:realized and due the responsibility,formulate normative responsibility and assumed it,shall be held responsible.With the Jonas’s research findings and draw the relevant research results at home and abroad,which is the only way to realize the responsibilities of "to be and ought to" integration of Scientific Community,enables it to achieve the unification of knows and line,conception and practice,Purpose and means.Only in this way can make human beings enjoy the fruit of scientific and technological progress.
