Most prior researchers focus on the high employment rate of the Technical College,but little on those students’ social support, academic attitude, academic achievement.Based on this situation, researchers choose Wuhan Technician College of Railway as the basement to study academic attitudes of students, social support of students, students’academic achievement and other factors. We hope this research could help people to better understand the situation of Technical College students’ social support, their academic attitude and academic achievement. What’s more, the future researchers could better understand the Technical College.By using questionnaires, we distributed 513 copies in Wuhan Technician College of Railway, but only 495 copies were returned and 493 copies were valid. Descriptive,multivariate analysis of variance, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis methods were used to analysis the data. The students’ information were discussed.The results showed a significant positive correlation between academic attitudes and academic achievement; a significant positive correlation between academic attitudes and social support; a significant positive correlation between academic achievement and social support; the partially mediating effect played by academic attitudes between social support and academic achievement; the students who chosed their own school and profession had higher academic attitudes than other be forced; the students who from city and first-tier cities of Chengdu, had better academic attitudes than rural students.Based on the findings, the study reached the following conclusions: 1, The growth environment influence academic attitudes. The students who grow in urban and first-tier cities would have better academic attitudes. 2, The learners’ individual needs affect their academic attitude, more own choices higher academic attitude. 3, The academic attitudes and social support can forward predict the academic achievement, more social support and better academic attitudes, higher academic achievement. 4, The learning attitude partially mediate the relationship between social support and academic achievement.
