Practice Study Report On E-C Translation Of Animal-vehicle Collision Mitigation System For Automated Vehicles

This study report selected the Chinese translation and translation process of the scientific academic paper Animal-Vehicle Collision Mitigation System for Automated Vehicles as the object of the study.The source language text includes 10478 words,mainly talks about the achievements in pattern recognition field,specifically the newest research course of animal-vehicle collision mitigation.Under the guidance of skopostheorie,the author analyzes the object on the levels of vocabulary,sentence and text,discusses the difficulties during translation,and proposes some techniques of dealing with these difficulties.Apart from introduction and conclusion,this study report consists of four parts.The introduction part mainly talks about the background,significance and purpose of the translation task.The first chapter briefly introduces the SLT and the reason for choosing it.The second chapter describes the three phases of translation,including material collection,first translation,second translation,revising,rereading and evaluation by trustor.The third chapter discusses the guiding theory-skopostheorie.First,the author explained the reason for choosing this theory,then,the author introduced skopostheorie briefly.Finally,some translation techniques and the practical application of skopostheorie in Animal-Vehicle Collision Mitigation System for Automated Vehicles was expounded.The forth chapter analyzes the characteristics of the SLT,and introduces some specific cases.On the levels of vocabulary,sentence and text,the author explained how skopostheorie guides translation process.The last part is the conclusion of the study report.In the last part,the author concludes the result and the deficiency of this research.
