The framing effect is a phenomenon that describes the preference reversal in the decision-making problem due to the change in expression. The double-processing theory explains the framing effect that humans are often cognitive mischief most of the time, often like to take shortcuts and process them through intuitive systems, but often processing is not sufficient and vulnerable to the frame. The system two more into the cognitive resources for a full rational analysis. And decision makers in the decision-making process will tend to use which system, and cognitive resources inseparable. The number of cognitive resources determines the process of decision-makers,when the cognitive resources are sufficient, the individual will tend to fine processing system, and cognitive resources, the individual will be in the heuristic strategy. And for the study of cognitive resources and decision-making has been a hot spot for psychologists and cognitive scientists,Simon said that decision-making is management, people in a multi-faceted information explosion era, often need to deal with multiple task in daily life, how to manage their own cognitive resources to its effective configuration is particularly important. However, there are no unanimous conclusions on the research of cognitive resources and the framing effect. Some researchers believe that high individuals with high need for cognition can put more cognitive resources to resist the frame effect. Some researchers think that high and low need for cognition and information, there is no difference in the risk preference of individuals with different processing depths under the frame effect. So in this study,we discuss the two dimensions of cognitive resources-the tendency of cognitive resources(Need for Cognition)and the depth of information processing(Expenditure of Cognitive Resource)to discuss.Based on the eye tracking technique, the impact of cognitive resource input on the individual's decision-making process is reflected by measuring the attention. Objective:To study the latest progress of cognitive research and frame effect research at home and abroad, and to study how the information attention of decision makers in decision-making process is changed through the manipulation of individual cognitive resources.Methods:1 Through the cognitive needs of the scale to select the level of cognitive needs of subject, and to assess its statistical computing capabilities, through the eye tracker to track the subjects in the decision-making process of different information attention.2 Through the oral analysis so that subjects have to deepen the thinking of thinking, that is,take the initiative to put the cognitive resources to complete the decision-making task,to explore the decision-making process of the impact of information attention.3 By increasing the difficulty of cognitive tasks,so that the cognitive resources of the subjects in a short state, for cognitive tasks cannot put enough cognitive resources,decision-makers in the decision-making process of information attention changes.Conclusion:1 The framework will affect the decision maker's attention, that is,the decision maker has more fixation and fixation time under the negative frame. However, the attention of decision makers is not affected by the cognitive needs and the ability of statistical calculation.2 In the depth of information processing, cognitive resources input high,at this time people are also affected by the frame effect.Only in the negative frame, the level of the need cognition has an effect on attention.3 People for specific areas will put more attention through the second parts of the oral data also found that all the process much attention may not fully represent the decision maker's attention, few participants also saw the area probability and the same result, also found a means of framing effect. The subjects have a conservative attitude towards life and take a more adventurous attitude towards money and employment.4 When cognitive resources are insufficient, and cognitive load is larger than the capacity of cognitive resources, the cognitive needs of different decision-makers in the framework of the effect of attention is different.
