Research On The Influence Of Intellectual Property Protection,Technological Innovation On Cultural And Creative Enterprises’ Growth

Under the background of knowledge-based and creative economy,cultural and creative industries have become an important driving force for economic development.Facing the challenges of environmental carrying capacity overdraft and depletion of natural resources,more and more countries gradually shift to a low-carbon development path.Cultural and creative enterprises as a new type of enterprise with low consumption and high output paradigm have received extensive attention of many countries.Intellectual property rights protection is not only the guarantee of the development of cultural and creative enterprises,but also the cornerstone of technological innovation.Due to the fact that cultural and creative enterprises in our country emerge late,the level of intellectual property protection is not strong,and technology innovation output lacks of protection,the innovator’s passion for innovation is weakened and the growth of cultural and creative enterprises is hindered.As a result,this paper explores how intellectual property rights protection stimulates innovators’ s enthusiasm for innovation,improve the conversion of technological innovation and accelerate the growth of cultural and creative enterprises.This article will provide reference for the healthy and sustainable development of China’s cultural and creative enterprises through the analysis of the cultural and creative enterprise growth innovation source and the impact of macroeconomic policy on cultural and creative enterprise growth.Through the conclusions of the study,it explores the mechanism of the protection of intellectual property rights and technological innovation ability to the development of cultural and creative enterprises,and provides reference for the government and enterprise level.In this paper,based on a sample of China’s listed cultural and creative enterprises during 2010-2014 for the quantitative analysis to explore the relationship between intellectual property protection,and technology innovation ability and cultural creative enterprise growth.The results of the study shows that the technology innovation input ability and output ability is positively related to cultural and creative enterprises’ growth,while the coefficient of technical innovation implementation ability is insignificant.The ability of technique innovation output ability has the greatest impact on growth.Intellectual property protection regulation positively moderates the input capacity of technical innovation and technical innovation output ability on the growth of cultural and creative enterprises.Especially in the output stage of technological innovation,the moderating effect of intellectual property protection is the most significant.Through the research conclusions above,this paper explores the mechanism of intellectual property protection and technological innovation capability on the growth of cultural and creative enterprises,and provides reference for the government level and enterprise level.
